Was a good place to chill and chat with friends and family.
Not bad place with not bad food and not bad ambience.
Overall it's a great location for gathering with friends as the environment is very cosy and it's not too crowded during peak hours
High recommend! I've been here twice and enjoyed myself both times
The ambience was good, conducive for a relaxing talk. I ordered the crab meat spaghetti, thought the crab meat somehow had a very fishy smell.
Good service. It is a pity it will be relocated soon
Nice atmosphere for delicious lunch and certainly will go back again.
A spacious cafe, perfect for catch up with friends, especially on a weekday afternoon.
Decent quality of food at a slightly elevated price point set in a comfortable and spacious environment with friendly and approachable service staff to boot.
Sambal petai prawns was the best dish amongst the four we ordered to share. Beef rendang was barely warm and slightly tough. We thought it wasn’t rich enough as we could hardly taste any coconut milk instead It tasted sourish. We ate it it with the spicy tangy sambal chilli that we got from the waitress to add flavour to the lackluster dish. The chap chye was ok. I was looking forward to the assam pedas fish which had many good reviews but I found it too sour for my liking. They had only 2 types of cakes available. The red velvet cake I chose was slightly dry but was saved by the cream cheese icing which was rich and buttery. Wished they were more generous with it though. Could hardly taste the caramel in my caramel latte. Cafe was very noisy because they had an event. Couldn’t hardly hear ourselves throughout our dinner. Heard that the event would be held again on 22 Mar so be warned!
Interesting little cafe. Decent quality of food at a reasonable price point set in a comfortable environment with friendly service staff. Will definitely be back.
Atmosphere was good. Staff was nice & friendly. Food was honestly average,I tried the burger, with price a little steep. Waffles were not too bad. Very nice ambience for taking photos & chatting.
5 of us went for lunch at 5 Little Monkeys Cafe. The staff who took our order and cashier were friendly. The curry fish head was the best among the food we ordered. We ordered the following dishes: 1) Curry Fish Head 2) Fish Maw Soup 3) Babi Pong Teh 4) Ayam Buah Keluak 5) Special Omelette 6) Chap Chye 7) Nyonya Achar 8) Chicken Chop 9) Fish and Chips The Nyonya Achar was a disappointment as it doesn't taste fresh and delicious. We also had the Ai-yu and Western Chicken soup as part of the set meal. The total cost of the meal was about $164 which amazed me. It was a blessing that we had $100 vouchers hence we only paid about $64 for lunch (which is considered acceptable). The parking fees at PICO was shocking. A mere 1.5hrs parking cost us $7.50. Overall environment is good. It is a pity that they are not opened on Sat and Sun.
5 Little Monkeys Cafe is a nice restaurant with panoramic views of the surrounding. We tried the Peranakan food. Will try the western delight the next time.
The cafe provided good ambience and yummy food :) it is a great place to chill and hangout on a friday evening. Will definitely recommend this cafe to friends!
Food was alright, but coffee was lukewarm. Service was generally cheerful and quick, save for a couple young staffers who might need some training in F&B service.
restaurant is spacious, it is child friendly as well and has a kids zone. have a variety of board games too. nice desserts! good experience.
It’s a wonderful place for get together and catch up. Good for kids, family and professional. It’s a nice place to relax and have a drink too.
The place is on 11th floor so it has a nice view towards city area and the sea. Foods are peranakan style which offers authentic peranakan cafe experience although the interior doesn't relate to it but that's fine. It's casual cafe.
Overall not bad.. Nice food and coffee but server is kind of blur 😅 Although we made reservations but we dont get the window seats to enjoy the view of the city. Good for friends or small group, not suitable for large group. Will visit again.
Good food and great place to meet up with friends. Highly recommended. We ordered Peranakan dishes. They were authentic and tasty. Portion is rather small.
Great food. Somehow fish head curry was bland yesterday. The egg, beef rendang and chap Chye were nice. The chicken was also bland and need to cut into smaller piece.
Great view and food - the asam fish head, beef rendang, fish and sweet potatoes fries. Portion is large too. Ambiance is great with great service.
The cafe has a relaxing atmosphere and the view is great. The food menu is reasonably priced with many choices and the food is good.
Cute cafe for drinks and cakes. Will come back for tea break.
The Peranakan food were awesome. Children are also able to have them as some of the dishes were non-spicy. They have chicken wings, fries and nuggets which are good finger food. Serves cold beer too. After dinner, children hang around at the kids corner. Adults were able to chill with quality board games. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dinning area was well decorated and spacious. Ample of parking space. Overall a great dining experience for me and my party of 9. Highly recommended.
the staff is very nice. the food is okay. could be improved
foods taste & presentation are good, price value is reasonable too. But the whole place look too empty, maybe you should set some point to have suitable photo taking corner with nice decoration, etc. It is good to have a kid playing corner, but I think the items are not sufficient, maybe can consider adding books, educational blocks, etc. And since this cafe is name as 5 little monkeys cafe, you should place more monkeys soft toys around (can consider sellable too). And maybe can play some light music throughout too
5 Little Monkeys is a relatively low-profile cafe with a great atmosphere and great food. I highly recommended this nice roof-top cafe for social and corporate gatherings. :)
Nice food and nice environment, a good place to catch up with old friends. We are allowed to move to the table near the window to continue with our drinks :)
Happy with the foods but disappointed with no free ice-cream served because of cold joke, will go again for coming occasion, good location and quiet.
quiet place for a quality coffee and cake to relax yr mind
Nice peranakan food. Tried the bulk keluak, sambal prawn petai, and fish maw soup. Fish maw wrapped around minced meat, don't see this often and it was generous and good. Only 1 buah keluak but chicken was tender. Sambal was a bit sweet for me but my colleagues liked it. Service not quite as attentive and no more cakes. Hence rating of 5 instead of 6
Good and quality food with reasonable price. Portion is just nice. Love the fish and chip with sweet potato fries. Music volume could be lower.
Food was good, service was great, the cafe vibes and views were awesome! Chanced upon their games night too and we had fun with the board games (min. spend $40 on F&B)! Nothing to be unhappy abt, just hoping they can also open on weekends...
Ambience was good. Cafe is spacious and has a kids’ corner, suitable for families, big group gatherings or an evening of drinks with colleagues (they now serve beer and wine!)
very spacious place. some food items are nice but some so so. will be nice to hv more props for kids fishing. on a weekday noon, there werent enough props to go around for the kids
Overall food was on point though the ayam buah keluak was not very authentic. Menu options was wide and the restaurant was really spacious which was good for my big group. Recommend.
the food was tasty and the staff were friendly. very kid friendly environment too. would recommend mommy with kids to organise gathering here with their friends. as the kids can play while mommy chitchat and watch over them. however, i think the menu shd include some kiddy meal too to make it more complete.
Quite a large cafe at the very top of PICO Creative Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wanted a beer but unfortunately they only had bottles.
