You Ma La 又麻又辣 Yishun is one of Singapore’s favourite places to tuck into delicious bowls of Chinese hotpot. Beginning as a humble hawker stall, You Me La has now exploded onto the Singapore hotpot restaurant scene with two fully-fledged eateries, including this venue in Yishun, while the other is located in Clementi. This Yishun restaurant is simple and modern, with wooden booth seating, muted lighting and plant life, which complement the range of soup broths and fillings just perfectly. You’ll find You Ma La 又麻又辣 Yishun along the Yishun Ring Road, a short walk from the Orchard Country Club. Bookings are essential.

The restaurant is newly opened and staff are very helpful including the lady boss. Food is great with delicious soup base (we had tom yum plus chicken soup). However, prices are steep. It cost me $71 (after 20%} discount with no drinks ordered.
Very good service and wide variety of food. Must make a visit if you are nearby Chinatown. Make sure yu get lots of water to cool down.
