Occupying an enviable location at One Fullerton in central Singapore – right by Boat Quay – Yamazaki Japanese Restaurant & Bar is an incredible venue, with an elegant indoor bar and dining area adjoined to an al fresco balcony with stunning views onto Marina Bay. As if this wasn’t enough, Yamazaki also serve some of the very best modern and traditional Japanese fare to be found around Singapore’s waterfront. That’s just not fair.
See below for Yamazaki's special menus!
We could enjoy good meals and splendid view. our visitors from Tokyo Japan could enjoy the dinner very much. I would like to go there iagain in near future.
Terrible service as usual. They forgot my reservation. And then, didn’t serve cheap menu on purpose. Actually they hide another cheap menu for us, only provide other customers.
The quality of the food is very good. In fact not a huge salmon sashimi fan but here the fish is so fresh and good. Really the freshest ingredients and the last item, sesame noodles was smashing
This stylish, spacious Japanese bar and restaurant is found at One Fullerton, right by Boat Quay with an outdoor seating area looking right over Singapore’s Marina Bay. With walls lined with wine and sake and an elegant but friendly atmosphere, Yamazaki is a great spot for group gatherings or after-work drinks, both sophisticated and casual. However, it’s the food that really shines here, allowing for a journey across the full swathe of Japanese cuisine both traditional and modern. This means plenty of super fresh seafood, of course, but Yamazaki is the place to go in central Singapore for a lot more than that.
Yamazaki’s deliciously tender grilled meats – with premium Japanese wagyu beef the star of the show – are presented tastefully, whether as small and shareable plates or full meals. This sleek spot is also renowned for its first-class ramen, which combines a rich, complex broth (simmered gently for 8 hours) with refreshing, light and bright vegetables and creamy noodles that together give you the complete picture of what proper ramen should be. Given Yamazaki’s superb quality and prime central Singapore location (at One Fullerton by Boat Quay), bookings are often essential!
