About Yakiniquest
More about the restaurant: Yakiniquest
Beef Yakiniku Dining Yakiniquest is a restaurant on Singapore’s Boat Quay borne from the
commitment of five anonymous Wagyu beef enthusiasts looking for an authentic Wagyu beef
experience in Singapore. The anonymous enthusiasts were the original Yakiniquesters, and from
these humble beginnings, Yakiniquest is now one of Singapore’s most prestigious restaurants, serving
Wagyu beef sushi and other plates of authentic Japanese cuisine, from the finest ingredients, to the
city’s most knowledgeable food lovers.

Beef Yakiniku Dining Yakiniquest on Boat Quay in Singapore is home to chef Masaki Akutsu. He
graduated from a prestigious Toyko culinary school, he worked for three years as head chef a Yakiniki
Shibaura, one of Japan’s very best Yakiniku restaurants anywhere in Japan. Under the direction of
Akutsu, Beef Yakiniku Dining Yakiniquest is moving from strength to strength and constantly
improving the meat they are serving to their guests.
Beef Yakiniku Dining Yakiniquest is a
fine dining establishment with thoroughly minimalist dining room – lest anything should distract
from the meat on the plate. Our recommendation is that guests should visit the Boat Quay eatery
and opt for the Omakase menu, a Japanese word meaning I’ll leave it to you which is a
daily changing menu decided by the chef. Here diners can sample some of the kitchen’s highlights
over several courses, including Wagyu beef sushi, prepared expertly in house. Beef Yakiniku Dining
Yakiniquest on Boat Quay in Singapore is open Monday until Saturday from 5pm for dinner, and
reservations are encouraged.
