We were quite disappointed with our dinner today. The mala soup was not nice at all, the taste wasn't up to expectations. Also, when we placed our order, we selected half portions (半份) for all the dishes, but the system showed full portions (整份) instead. We immediately informed the staff, but they insisted that all the meat was freshly cut and the portions couldn't be changed. What made the experience worse was the staff kept saying it was our mistake, even though all four of us clearly remembered selecting half portions. It felt very unfair and unprofessional. Not a pleasant dining experience overall.

after putting down our order, we received all our ingredients in less than 10 mins. we could not finish some of our ingredients, but they gladly packed it up for us to bring home. quite worth for money if you want to try chinese hotpot! one selling point would be that have a triple flavour hotpot, with no almost no price increase from double flavour hotpot.

Good service, keep top up our soup. Received free Jelly for my friend's birthday.

Excellent service. Food was fresh and served with nice fresh flower decoration. I received a text message one hour before reservation appointment that I should be on my way which I found amazing and unique. All in, it was a splendid evening with affordable pricing for the food we ordered.
