Good as usual, service is extremely good! Value for money.

The pork is nice and I love the tomato soup. Only downside is lack of manpower and service is so so. But I will still go again for the food.

The West Coast outlet is rather quiet until 630-7pm. Food can be ordered in half portion so if you’re in smaller groups it’s much easier for you to order. Food is fresh and served fast.

The food comes in big portion. It was fresh too. I was there on a weekday night, there were not many people. This makes a good steamboat place for people who hate to queue and want to have a quieter steamboat dinner. The location is good for me who live at the west side.

Food were delivered fast and fresh. Soups weren’t as nice tho. Staff were attentive. Restaurant was quite empty for a wkday dinner, a good place to look for when you want to have a peaceful and good steamboat. 2nd visit 👍🏾

It was worth going. This is a good alternative to many other steamboat brands. In fact it was better than BIP. Service wise, not as extravagant as HDL but it was still attentive.

Like the tomato base soup a lot. There is a lot of variety of food to choose, like the prawn paste. Environment is clean and nice. Quality of service so far so good.
