Food is pricey but okay. Not so crowded but service is a bit lacking. Only the supervisor is moving around serving

Excellent alternative to HDL! Equally good! Will definitely return if in the area. Will definitely try the other outlets too if no waiting time. Waiting time at HDL is just too Long!

Food selection is not a lot. Soup is okay, but prefer other hotpot outlet. $100 for 2 pax, dinner time is not cheap either.

The food are not bad as compared to Hai Di Lao thought you don't get alot of freebies. Overall in terms of taste, don't really lose to HDL.

We are being served at once. Good ambience. Friendly and meticulous waiters. Though we visit Upin once a while, Captain Daniel treats us with free dessert which makes us feel warm and welcome.

Variety was a bit little, free dessert however. remember to book.

Should not charge for the sauces. We end up not having chilli sauces for our food as the additional price is ridiculous.

Food is good; there is a wide range of choiced food. UPin management is also friendly as they managed to upgrade my table size to accomodate my 5pax.
