Awesome experience and ambience to catch up with fellow friends and colleagues!

Situated in the heartlands of Tampines, Tipsy Penguin is a modern day bistro that serves a mix of fusion cuisine along with drinks for a good evening night out with friends and family. Although food and drinks prices are on a higher side, the restaurant is always almost fully booked so reservation is encouraged. Noise levels at the restaurant can be further improved.

Love this place! So crowded even on a thurs evening which shows how popular they are. Food was great and service was fast. Prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend the mala chicken under bar bites 👍🏼

Despite being a little further away from Tampines MRT (and it’s surrounding malls), the place filled up quickly, attesting to the food here. Would recommend the nachos & the fermented pork belly, SO GOOD!

great bustling ambience. i enjoyed the fried calamari and cocktails. However, i found the basque cheesecake a bit too soggy for my liking. overall a nice cute place in the east

Still the same great taste! We came here for their sides, which are solid. But their burnt cheesecake came very solid this time around, probably overcooked it while reheating.

There were many drinks and dishes we wanted to order but they were all not available. We settled for other dishes but feel that it was a bit overpriced for the quality of food. However, great ambience though and the cheesecake was pretty good.
