A great place to dine, chill and catch-up with friends!

it was ok and good experience for us for first visit

Went there to celebrate my bf’s birthday, food was good. Price was alright for the portion. But seems like the chairs were always running low. Also, when we got them to serve us the cake we bought in, they just handed it to us with the cake in the plastic bag... isn’t it common sense to set it up and serve to the birthday boy??? My friends and i were utterly shocked and it was the first time ever we had to set the cake up infront of the birthday person lol. Customer service really needs improvement hardcore

Foods and live band were good. Great place for gathering with friends.

Happy with the food and the live band was an added bonus. Daniel and Tingzi performs on Monday nights and I love his voice! Do check them out if you’re around the vicinity :)

1) We were seated in a corner with empty carton boxes stacked right behind us (like in a storeroom), not able to see main screen or stage at all, despite early booking made. 2) Food was very mediocre. Taste was bland. Should consider having wasabi for diners, since there is raw fish in their poké bowls. Could barely taste any seasoning on the black pepper chicken. Salmon steak was overcooked and dry. Thankfully, at least fries were good. 3) Expensive considering quality of food served.

Set lunch was value for money. Coffee was very good, as always :)

Hi! Reservations were made in advance for a slightly quiet corner for two. I was ushered to a high chair seat rather near to the live band. In the end I had to request for an outdoor table. Food was average. Mac and cheese, cheese cake were good though. The waiters served the food but without the utensils. Had to ask for spoon, fork and knives separately. We ordered an ice lemon tea at the start. When we left the tea was not served and not included in the bill. True disappointment at tipsy penguin and nope I will not return again.

Was seated in front of the stage and the live band with Jee Yon was awesome. He has to keep singing there every Friday night cos I will go there on Friday nights busy to hear him sing. Food was all right but the cocktail was too mild and too little.

Servers were very friendly. Not much waiting time for food to be served. Food was pretty good. Beer (IPA) was awesome. Live stage singing performance was good. Only downside was that I find it too noisy for a decent conversation to take place, even when the singers are taking a short break.

Good customer service! Our second visit and My boy friends likes the accidental cheesecake a lot ! Please keep it in the menu ... will definitely revisit.
