The Summerhouse Dining Room Singapore is a gourmet restaurant housed within a historic bungalow in Seletar. Specialising in international cuisine that is inspired by nature with a focus on farm-to-table dining, this is without a doubt one of our favourite restaurants in the little red dot. Serving dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and brunch on the weekend, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful location than this. Tucked away on Park Lane, The Summerhouse is one of three restaurants at the venue and makes fine dining look effortless. Advanced bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Dear diners, please select your preferred seating area at the checkout. Please note, your table will be held for 15 minutes only. Thank you!
All but hidden away under Singapore’s Seletar airport, you’ll find The Summerhouse Dining Room. A cosy fine dining restaurant that forages ingredients from its own edible garden as well as sourcing from small local farms, all to ensure not only the highest quality but also freshness and sustainability. The Summerhouse Dining Room’s beautiful and tranquil setting is perfect for a relaxing meal, while the fantastic food has, on occasion, attracted the attention of some very high-profile guests. Well worth the journey to Seletar!
The local’s trick is to arrive hungry when visiting The Summerhouse Dining Room. We suggest you do the same, as that way you’ll have enough space to try both the Australian avocado with truffle pecorino, ikura, chive, sous vide egg yolk and chia seed crackers, and the slow-cooked Iberico Fermin pork collar – the delicious result of approximately 80 hours of cooking. Everything is prepared with attention to detail and to the highest possible quality. Whether you’re a Singapore local or simply visiting, you won’t regret stopping in at The Summerhouse Dining Room. To avoid disappointment, bookings are essential.
Food was excellent and portion servings were larger than normal. Staff managed to strike a fine balance between being attentive and still giving patrons their space.
Went for valentine's day dinner and had a really great dining experience. The ambience is great and the food is great as well. Worth the money and trip to go.
EXCELLENT food, all sustainable and source shown. What's really nice is the space - they could cram twice the number of tables in, but it's a roomy, old RAF building, a little off the beaten track but really not too far from anywhere. Our third time there last night, and the best meal yet - good sized portions of tasty food.
