About The Summerhouse

The Summerhouse Dining Room Singapore is a gourmet restaurant housed within a historic bungalow in Seletar. Specialising in international cuisine that is inspired by nature with a focus on farm-to-table dining, this is without a doubt one of our favourite restaurants in the little red dot. Serving dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and brunch on the weekend, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful location than this. Tucked away on Park Lane, The Summerhouse is one of three restaurants at the venue and makes fine dining look effortless. Advanced bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

The Summerhouse Dining Room’s beautiful and tranquil setting is perfect for a relaxing meal, while the fantastic food has, on occasion, attracted the attention of some very high-profile guests. The local’s trick is to arrive hungry when visiting The Summerhouse Dining Room. We suggest you do the same, as that way you’ll have enough space to try both the Australian avocado with truffle pecorino, ikura, chive, sous vide egg yolk and chia seed crackers, and the slow-cooked Iberico Fermin pork collar – the delicious result of approximately 80 hours of cooking.
