Excellent location and venue, fun for the whole family in short

It was very enjoyable time with friends playing the board games

Nice cafe for a short break and I had a great time relaxing here!

We all had a very very good time there at the cafe

Opted for the unlimited gaming package when entering and was only informed 30 min after starting that the package is not available for the day. The staff told us after our food is served that we had to change the package to the 2 hours one. There was really no choice but to accept at that point of time. If they had expected the crowd and decided not to allow the unlimited package, really should have informed the customer before we sat down and ordered. Really disappointed and won't be returning again.

Short handed staff, some inexperienced. Felt that we didn’t get the full time we paid for because there was simply no staff to attend to us for stretches of time

Good snacks and atmosphere. The selection of games is also amazing

Place is a really cramped and noisy during peak hours. I booked table for 12 and got a seat for only 8 people with 4 people had to cramp themselves badly

The place was super crowded and super noisy. Cant even hear what my friends are talking. However the service was good as the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. Should control the noise though

Loved my experience at the Minds Cafe. The student promotion is very worth it!! Just wished there was a menu with all the available games there.

Atmosphere was cozy, however noise level might be a little too loud at times. but overall good experience

Didn't have a good experience with their service, they keep getting our orders wrong and the lady do not have the patience to guide us on the games. But the guy at the cashier was nice he explained the game patiently
