We love multifunctional places because they offer so many different elements to enjoy, no matter the time of day. That’s why The Keep & Commune on South Bridge Road holds such a large space in our heart. Believe us when we say that it is well worth coming to Chinatown from all over Singapore for an international feed at this spectacular eatery. If you’re fond of a good cup of coffee, you will fall head over heels with The Keep & Commune’s specialty coffee offering. We’re talking single origin and custom blend coffees that change regularly. You name it, they’ve got a blend or a roast like it! Plus, the daytime food menu offers everything from pasta and rice bowls to piadinas and club sandwiches to fuel you.
The pace of life slows down in the evening at The Keep & Commune Chinatown, allowing guests to let their hair down and graze on delicious international small plates while sipping expertly-mixed cocktails. Why not try The Keep & Commune’s very own variation of Singapore’s chilli crab which comes deep fried with garlic toast on the side? Alternatively, perhaps the spiced tofu with yuzu, sweet & spicy soy glaze and pickled chili is more to your taste? As you can see this Chinatown restaurant is definitely worth a visit immediately!
Great food in a great location. The staff was attentive and the ambience was cool. It’s a great place for food and drinks. I’d highly recommend it.
Trendy decor and very nice ambience! Great place to just chill and have a cup of coffee. Would visit with more people to share the tapas

Worth a look midweek or on weekends, conveniently located near Club Street and Chinatown. Good service, innovative and delectable dishes, warm ambience, nice venue for cosy gatherings to larger events.
Wednesday’s is ladies night and it’s one for one for drinks for some wines etc. Half an hour after we ordered drinks and finished it, we were informed about the one for one drinks, so ask them to repeat what we were drinking and they refused as it was not part of one for one. We told them that we were not told about deal and the response was maybe next time!!! Small menu, good food but three items not available. Will be in no hurry to go back as Singapore has enough places.
Feeling adventurous and took a chance with this restaurant. Was surprising good. The sharing plates are the highlight in this restaurant. Love the laksa mussels, the devil had wings and the Sicilian arancini balls. Service at the restaurant was also great. With a very friendly and enthusiastic staff.
Very personable service and knowledgeable staff. The food was recommended with very precise information which is important for decision making and i was brought around for a tour of the premises. When the food arrived, it spoke for itself. Totally yummylicious.
Food was amazingly good athough it look more like a wine/spirits place. Ambience start kicking in after 7.30pm. A relaxed place to chill after work.
The lunch menu was terrible with no variety. There was only one vegetarian option. No desserts. Totally unimpressive. I would not recommend it to anyone.
