1925 is not a bad place to gather for food and drinks... went on a weekday and the place is quiet and can have proper conversation with Friend... :)
great ambiance, nice selection of brewery, rustic interior. But will be perfect if you work on the 2nd floor hall acoustic as it will be very echo-ed during peak period and you will find it pretty hard to have a good chat. Maybe to opened up the window or hang more textile might helps to absorb some sound echo.
Nice selection of beers. Majority of them were guest brews. Food was decent. It was pretty quiet on the evening we were there, service was attentive.
Ambience- great for group gathering, we were seated at the upper storey, and the noisiest group Food- we had plenty of selection with main and sides to go around and pairing all the IPA
Good ambience and good food along side with awesome craft beer. Good place to chill with friends after work. Definitely will be one of my favourite chill spots.
Decent food with good atmosphere. Place is slightly small tho.
Nice ambience and they have a wide range of food varieties. The crafted beer was good. Ordered the desert and it came with beer ice cream and bourbon kaya, very unique and tasty.
The ambience and the warm hospitality of the staff makes us feel at home. Just as well, the sauce they can customise according to my chill-out mate's preference which I personally find they are willing to go the extra effort to ensure we are being taken care of. Thank you, 1925 microbrewery & restaurant. We will be back again for a good chill-out.
nice ambiance with attentive service staff throughout the night. wide selection of beer which compensates for the lack luster food menu but will definitely go again.
Service was friendly. The restaurant was unfortunately out of three of the beers. Also, some of the other customers were very loud and rowdy so it was difficult to hear our own conversation.
A few beers were not available. The pork belly was tough. The starters came way after the mains. Service was a bit lacking. Beer was decent.
The upstairs seating of the restaurant has a really cool vibe. Waiting time for food is not too long as well. Wallet friendly pricing too.
Friendly staffs and great selection of beer! Props to the team!
Food was good. Pretty decent size portions. Friend remarked that the teriyaki burger perhaps had too much teriyaki? But other than that it was a good find!
Lovely food, good service. The beer sampler was a great way to try the range. The space is industrial in style. A good evening had by all.
Good food. Friendly and prompt staff. Like the choices of food, alcohol and drinks they offer. Especially liked the rustic and minimalist decor and embience.
Service was good but the environment and atmosphere not as what we expected. The place looks rundown and old, food was so so. Rather bland and lack of seasonings. The potato skins were more like baked potato. Kinda disappointed. The beef patty of the burger is quite tasteless, fries was bland and not crispy at all. The prawn pesto pasta was ok. Perhaps the nicest from what we have ordered. Don't think we will go back to them. For the location, guess I would rather go back to Creatures, their food was fabulous!
Lovely service and atmosphere for a chillax Friday night. Beer was good and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. Overall a positive experience. Will be back :)
Great place for great food & drinks. The staff were friendly & attentive, waiting time to place & get our order was short too. Will definitely go back! Tried the smoked duck pizza, lamb cutlet & grilled chicken skewer (V generous serving portion !). We ordered 3 bottles of the red wine & a couple of pints of beer.
Their brew was ok.however the food wasn't. We ordered trifle fries and pork belly. The pork belly was undercooked and disgusting. The restaurant is small, more fast food type than fine dine.
I had the grill-seared smoke duck ala carte, and it was delicious! The 1925 tiramisu was wonderful too. Was there for a bridal party - love the private space upstairs for group events.
Great ambience for a big group gathering. Food is alright. Lighting could be bit brighter but overall a nice place to chill out after a long day.
Food was not bad, we had the king prawn pasta, the curry fries and chicken skewers. The portions were generous. The beers were good! Service was spotty though. We couldn't find anyone on the 2nd floor when we wanted to ask for the bill, and had to wait a bit. But overall, not bad, great atmosphere.
Cozy place with a casual atmosphere. Foods were very nice, especially the great selection of appetizers. As for the beer selection, the website is very deceptive (almost a scam) in that 90% of the beers shown on the webpage are not available.....even in bottles. They have around 6 craft beers on draft and nothing else. The claim to brew their own beers, but none were ready for consumption. I would go back again, but definitely call first to confirm what beers are being served. The website definitely needs to be updated or preferably, the stock the beers advertised in bottles in addition to what they serve on draft.
This is our 3rd visit to The 1925 Microbrewery & Restaurant and we will keep going back. The food is good, service is excellent and the craft beers are just sensational. Kudos to the team.
location a bit far from train station and night time cant see the signage. overall is good service and food potion is good n huge.
1 of the pasta wasn't flavourful enough we have to ask for it to be cooked again with more salt. Helpful staff to guide directions.
Relaxing ambience, foods and drinks are good and staffs are friendly and attentive despite we were sitting on second floor of the restaurant. Will be back again.
New kind of brewery was available for us. Tried the ginger beer. And goodness, it was fantastic. Too bad the session was short only manage to drink 2 glass.
Tried their brunch, was yummy and serving was big. loving their fat truffle fries. Friendly and thoughtful staffs, nice. Served my girlfriend warm water when the staff noticed that she've been coughing. Thanks for the great food and excellent service!
It was an awesome experience with awesome environment, awesome service and fantastic quality of the food. Their beer are brewed by themselves and is really nice!!
Very friendly staff, nice interior, yummy food. All of this on top of a extensive craft beer menu! A brunch or dinner haven for sure (:
Drinks were great. Food was decent. A small cockroach ran across our table, and my friend had to capture it using one of the empty beer glasses
Always great. Staff was friendly and we could have a lunch interview here even. foodwise I had the lunch set was which was great value.
A very nice restaurant. Hung out with a group of friends. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and yummy food. I'm a vegetarian and got a crispy egg pasta (with no meat and seafood). Also got a truffle fries. It'll be great if there're more vegetarian options available though.
They should have waiter/waitress station at level 2 as at one time customwer have to go level 1 to make his / her order. Thanks
Prompt service, fabulous brews and the food hit all the right notes. Definitely returning again!
The beers and food definitely blends well together. MUST try will be the mixed fries platter and the chicken skewers. But becareful with the skewers as it is really hot.
decor is cool and edgy but the ambience can be improved w better background music. we ordered a chicken skewer and ribeye with foie gras. chicken was tender and marinated well but could be better with a longer grilling time. my medium-well ribeye was average but foie gras was too raw for my liking. however, my boyfriend's medium-rare steak was too undercooked on the edge. guess the heat of the stove wasn't evenly spreaded. quite a decent range on the drinks menu.
Food and ambience are great! Had the beer which was first on the menu, King prawn pasta, curry fries and wings. Will visit again! :)
