Very nice atmosphere, spacious like hotel cafe. Food & drinks meet my standards.
Food is delicious as usual but as it was very crowded, tcc was shorthanded and service is slow
Went on a weekday morning and ordered a hazelnut latte. Good coffee. Quiet on a weekday.
Service was lacklustre. Waites quite a while for a simple plate of fries
Tcc's revamped menu is pretty good! Tried the mentaiko scallop pasta and laksa prawn pasta. drinks were slightly too sweet though. also stellar service from the waitresses.
overall is good. will book thru quandoo again. thank you
Service staff was excellent and prompt in attending to me. I ordered my usual caramel hazelnut latte and it came immaculately presented as always.
Nice ambience for gathering with friends for tea or coffee. Food is a little pricey.

Reservation is such a breeze with quandoo and confirmation is very promptly received. Had a great time celebrating hubby birthday at TCC with awesome food served. Even my kiddos are enjoying the food. Thanks.

i ordered the tiger prawn pasta but the prawns used are not tiger prawns. the manager is willing to allow me to change my order. I feel the menu is misleading.
