Set within the opulent Grand Park City Hall, Tablescape showcases the best of refined European cuisine. With a chic, sophisticated interior and spectacular displays of architectural prowess, this is Singapore’s latest must-visit dining destination. The menu and carefully curated drinks lists complement each other perfectly and make for the ideal lunch or dinner, reclining in style at this City Hall restaurant. Tablescape is located on the third floor of the hotel on Coleman Street and it is one of the most sought after restaurants in the city. As such, reservations here are absolutely essential.
With its home on level three of the Grand Park City Hall, Tablescape is another spectacular restaurant adding even further proof that Singapore is one of the world’s best and brightest dining destinations. The furniture has been chosen carefully, and the European influence shines through in both the design of the space and it’s innovative and enticing menu. The dishes here are inspired and creative, so we recommend keeping an eye out for starters like salmon gravlax with vegetable shavings, lemon myrtle oil and cream cheese ice cream, and roasted asparagus with a 62 degree egg and grana padano crisp. Are your tastebuds tempted yet?
For the main event expect to see European classics like coq au vin with spätzle made with Burgundy wine spring chicken with egg noodles and bottarga, smoked braised black angus short ribs with bone marrow and horseradish potato puree or Norwegian Fjord trout served with warm red wine pickled cabbage and citrus salsa. The menu, however, is always subject to change which we love because it means you’ll always be in for something fresh and new when visiting this spectacularly sophisticated restaurant. You’ll find Tablespace in City Hall on Coleman Street amd, as you’d expect, reservations are essential in this Singapore culinary haven.
Warm service and good food. The bread bar was amazing, and they were extremely generous with their serving from the dessert trolley. They even gave us a complimentary coffee. If I had to name a weakness then I would say the menu selection is rather limited. Nevertheless, I will definitely be returning.
Kudos to the staff, Shafie and Cardijn for a memorable dinner as the service was fantastic! Food was a delightful experience as well! For those looking for excellent service and food, I highly recommend tablescape!
Pretencious fnb outlet. Service was quirky and inconsistent. Not forgiving this is a very newly opened or operated outlet in a hotel everything is not in place. Had the set lunch which is supposed value for money.
