Love the food, great service and ambience : ) Will definitely come back.
Good service with good ambience. Suitable for couples and for dates.
With its home on level three of the Grand Park City Hall, Tablescape Restaurant and Bar is another spectacular restaurant adding even further proof that Singapore is one of the world’s best and brightest dining destinations. The furniture has been chosen carefully, and the European influence shines through in both the design of the space and it’s innovative and enticing menu. The dishes here are inspired and creative, so we recommend keeping an eye out for starters like salmon gravlax with vegetable shavings, lemon myrtle oil and cream cheese ice cream, and roasted asparagus with a 62 degree egg and grana padano crisp. Are your tastebuds tempted yet?
For the main event expect to see European classics like coq au vin with spätzle made with Burgundy wine spring chicken with egg noodles and bottarga, smoked braised black angus short ribs with bone marrow and horseradish potato puree or Norwegian Fjord trout served with warm red wine pickled cabbage and citrus salsa. The menu, however, is always subject to change which we love because it means you’ll always be in for something fresh and new when visiting this spectacularly sophisticated restaurant. You’ll find Tablespace Restaurant and Bar in City Hall on Coleman Street amd, as you’d expect, reservations are essential in this Singapore culinary haven.
