Tried out the gluten free menu, staff were knowledgeable about what to avoid and what could be substituted. Great service overall.

Wanted to try the dim sum end up its my own fault for not checking the availability timing. But overall experience was great! Would want to go back & try their dim sum the next time round!

My husband & I had the set dinner. The food was excellent & the staff were v diligent. But with each dish, they shd be taught NOT to clear the plate when only one of us has finished it as it’s rude. It’s like pushing the other party to hurry up. They shd wait till BOTH parties hv eaten THEN clear the plate. This is proper etiquette.

We have our reunion dinner on Feb 6 at the Summer Palace. Overall, food was flavoursome with fesh and high quality ingredients. Service was impeccable with attentive staff.

Amazing ambience, we went there for the dim sum. Every single dim sum we ordered was fantastic. Brought my parents there and they absolutely loved it. Good for special occasions since it is a little pricey, but it’s worth it for the service and food quality!

Super expensive. With poor explanation, we, two, were charged almost 550S$ only for 3 foods and 6 beer. Actually we did not drink 6 bottles. We will not visit again certainly.

Excellent food and service. We even got a 15% discount for using a local credit card. Be prepared to spend money though - the prices are high! We opted for the set menu, but I think selecting a few dishes that you like would have been cheaper. My least favorite was the lobster and noodles. Everything else in the Phoenix menu was excellent.

The char siew bao is awesome. The place is neat and not too noisy when we visited. Orders are being served within 15 to 20 minutes.

Mr Lee service is attentive and speaks good Mandarin. The food is good and place is quite full so reservation is definitely recommended.
