There is something about Italian food that inspires imitation. Perhaps it’s that the food, at its core, is simple – reliant on excellent ingredients and fresh flavours. But, of course, when it comes to Italian food, the proof is in the pudding. Or at least in the pizza. At Spizzico Ristorante Italiano’s premises in Jurong East’s Westgate mall down Gateway Drive, authentic Italian food is in abundance, from jaw-dropping, traditional pizze, risotti and paste as well as heartier mains like branzino arrostito in padella con spinaci e brodetto alla mediterranea, this is the place for authentic Italian food in Singapore.
Good food, good atmosphere, a bit pricey though. My online reservation didnt seems to work but it was ok, not that many ppl on a weekday lunch. Overall satisfied, will go again.
Good food and good service! Will continue to visit Spizzico!
Diners at Spizzico at the Westgate mall in Singapore’s Jurong East are welcomed into the restaurant’s chic dining room. Dining at Spizzico Ristorante Italiano is more formal than your average high street restaurant – the team at Spizzico, like the Italians themselves, take dining seriously, so expect to spend the evening there if you visit Spizzico for dinner. Established in 2000, Spizzico has gone from strength to strength in that time and proven its popularity with Singapore’s locals.
Italy isn’t just famous for its food of course. Italy is also famous for its wonderful wines, and at Spizzico Ristorante Italiano along Gateway Drive, easily accessed from Jurong East station, the wine list is carefully curated so diners can find the perfect glass to pair with their meal, and the waiting staff are on hand to help you find just that. Spizzico is open daily for lunch and dinner service and offers a limited takeaway menu as well as a formidable catering service for big events. As a formal dining establishment, reservations are encouraged at Spizzico, especially in the evening and during the weekend.
