Cool off with one of Spice Grill’s lassis – in mango, sweet and salted varieties – before choosing from a number of quick bites such as paneer pakora, samosas, papdi chaat (crisp fried dough wafers with sweet and tangy seasoning) and masala papad (grilled Indian cracker topped with green chilli, cilantro, onion and tomato). As for mains, we recommend any of the Tanjong Pagar restaurant’s tandoori dishes, including chicken tikka, mutton seekh kebab, and tandoori prawn.
