So, what can you expect from the menu at Shi Jian Hotpot JCUBE? Well, first thing’s first, you’ll need to select which broth you’d like from this Jurong East Chinese steamboat restaurant. We’re big fans of the mala-style, black chicken herbal and preserved vegetable, but all the tasty options in this Singapore spot will surely have your taste buds very happy indeed. Then, it’s all about the fillings. With an extensive menu to say the least, Shi Jian Hotpot is perfect for meat and seafood fans, though vegetarians are also more than catered for.
If you’re into meat, we recommend the marinated beef or pork belly with added oyster mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, potato slices and white carrot. If seafood takes your fancy, be sure to keep an eye out for the Shi Jian Singapore scallops, crab and squid fillings, or perhaps opt for a steamboat filled with vegetables and tofu. With plenty more besides, you best be paying a visit to Shi Jian Hotpot JCUBE on Jurong East Central as soon as possible. You won’t be disappointed.
Value for money and nice food. Excellent service from the staffs. I would prefer this over Hai Di Lao and Beauty In A Point due to the price point.
Affordable place with good food and options. Meat was decent for the price. It only cost $100 for 4 pax. You would normally pay more for other places.
I think the soup base was good but food variety quite limited. A little pricey for the food quality and quantity. Overall not too bad.
