Singapore is one of the great dining cities of the world, and there is a veritable smorgasbord of restaurants available to you when you are choosing a place to eat. If you’re out and about in the bustling stretch along Orchard Road, the choices before you are numerous, and the diversity of dishes is staggering, but if Spanish food is your cuisine of choice, then Serenity Spanish Restaurant in the Takashimaya mall is as good an option as you will find.
Food and service were both good. The interior was cozy and felt suitably exotic as befits a Spanish restaurant. One thing that could be improved on was the portion size of each tapas, with the tapas lunch set only including 4 items, and each item being quite small, it was not filling.
Eating out in Singapore is a pleasure and never a chore: choosing from the huge range of restaurants is often the most difficult part. Whether you fancy a flash meal in the Downtown Core, a slap-up hawker centre fare, an ethnic eatery in Little India or a Chinese classic, you are assaulted by choice. For those with a flair for flamenco and a passion for paella, Serenity Spanish Restaurant on Orchard Road is the place for you.
The menu in this Orchard Road location – near to Orchard and Somerset Metro stations by Takashimaya Square – features all your favourite Spanish dishes. Their tapas includes patatas bravas, albondigas, calamares and more, as well as authentic Valencian-style paella and arroz negro, Spanish-style black rice cooked in squid ink. Head on over to Orchard Road for some of the best Spanish food in Singapore: just remember to book your table first.
