Dine in long time ago and now only submit the review . Nice place
Very cosy place for gathering. Always the place to go for Korean food cravings.
The portions of the food were good-sized for the amount paid.
Reservation and seating process were hassle-free, service was prompt and food was great.
food was not bad, maybe more variety of food will be good
Great service and food. Had an enjoyable Christmas Eve there
Generally a place that is not too bad for lunch gatherings or if you just have to eat Korean food and that’s the only area you can go to. The price is somewhat reasonable but the quality and the authenticity of food is meh. But it’s still okay. Probably won’t go again, sorry.
Food was underwhelming, will not return. More like fast food than authentic Korean food, but priced like “authentic” korean food.
Overall Food is ok not that fantastic but ok for the price.
good food and ambiene. will definitely come back again. cheers
love the army stew. to go place for Korean fooooddddd
Great service and the server went extra mile to separate our bills.
The food is good and the staffs are nice. But the seats are a tat squeezy.
My second time visit this restaurant. Staffs is friendly and food is awesome.
Good service. Great ambience. Try the jimdak! Love it :)
Good for gathering, not super crowded. The food is real good!
It was a pleasant experience fast service as well and had great day
Nice Army Stew, which I had a 40% discount on as it was their 4th birthday celebration! Staff was attentive!
Very good chicken stew, which is rather difficult to find in Singapore.
great environment with nice food and friendly staff. will visit again next time.
The food was alright, ordered the jjimdak and it was not bad. Chicken was crispy and nice. Pancake lacked a bit of the chewy texture but had a crispy exterior. Went for the lunch hour promotion which was promoted to end at 7pm, last order at 6.30pm. When we reached at 6.05pm, they told us it was over but they had written 6.30pm!! In the end the staff came over and said “oh my manager said it’s okay, can order”. Felt a little like they weren’t willing to admit their mistake. Other than that, service and food are alright.
Food is alright but the other wang dae bak down the road is better. Good for meals with friends. X x x X x x
I'm deducting one star because the waiter did not want to move my party of 3 to a bigger table even though the restaurant was practically empty, saying that a big party might come... It was a weekday night, 8pm. What were the odds that 2 big groups of 6 would come, I don't know..
quiet dining spot, food was ok, attentive service! good for gatherings
Staff helpful & friendly, the noodles in the Jimdak could be longer & chicken could be more tender. The tofu kimchi soup is flavourful, egg could be served raw for cooking in soup.
Tried Jjimdak (signature dish), seafood pancake and cold noodles. Found the food pretty ordinary, and the Jjimdak pricey in view of the ingredients in the stew (it was served on a plate - i had imagined it to be like army stew which is more hotpot style with ingredients that can be added).
We had the army stew and jjimdak which both tasted pretty authentic and service was good with prompt refilling of sides.
The food is quite authentic and the portion is good. It is a nice cosy place for friends and family. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I really love the kimchi pancake. The army stew wasn't really to my liking. It was a bit too salty. The service staff were helpful, they helped us cut up the ingredient and cook it. Would prefer that they cut up the ingredient to bite size to save time.I would love to go back there to try the other type of stew that they have.
Very delicious food, really like the army hot pot and the seafood pancake. Staff are very friendly and suggested the right amount of portion size.
The army stew was value for money! They had a promo with gave us 2 free toppings for the army stew during lunch time together with 2 drinks!
the army stew was good but menu has limited choices. we had the seafood pancake too, nothing special thou. service is good except for the younger lady staff.
Food was tasty and served very quickly. The portion was also generous. There were complimentary items provided during lunch. Overall a good lunch dine in experience.
tried their army stew. the portion is a lil too big for two pax. attentive service provided and staff are friendly. one of the staff told us that we can add soup if needed.
Staff is helpful and friendly. The Seoul Jjimdak we tried is pleasant and not too heavily seasoned. This is a value for money option for family meals.
not as nice as expected. only 3 side dish and all not nice. kimchi not nice. it is not recommended and i will definitely not returning.
When entering the restaurant, it is surrounded by Kimchi smell~ Side dishes were served when we got to the table and the Kimchi taste better than other places! Ordered a Spicy Luncheon Kimchi Soup and Japchae and it taste awesome! Better than other places! But becareful as the Japchae may not be that soft sometimes. Overall I'll still recommend this place and definitely will go again! Staff were friendly too~
The food taste so so . But the staff since like having a flu. Still serve customers..and the staffs there need to smile more. Not much ppl on tat day .
Great service with friendly staff who helped to make sure our army stew was ready to be eaten! Appreciate that they reduced the spicy level based on my request.
service was prompt. staff were attentive. Army stew was yummy.
