Average experience for a mid-level restaurant. Staff seem friendly when interacting with them but we did find that Service started well but became less smily and less attentive later on (e.g. quite hard to get staff attention when ready to order - staff distracted by other tables). Food was good. Portion size for vegetarian dishes slightly small - need to order more than one dish to feel satisfied (which is a bit tricky for the vegetarian menu as they’re all very similar). Prices acceptable, although 50cents ++ for a takeaway container to tabao leftovers was a bit steep (considering plastic containers cost about 5cents). Background noise on a Saturday evening was a little bit high but choice of music was good. Will use again but probably will choose an outdoor seat instead.

Everything was great, Atmosphere and food was awesome, the only set back. 1) the plate for rice too small and difficult too serve dishes on the plate. 2) Rice was not fully cooked as can feel the hardness of the rice. The service and environment was really awesome for dine in. Thank you

CNY menu - good spread of food for 6 pax. Vietnamese tea sweet and refreshing. Would prefer the fruit platter to be served at the end of the meal. Delicious meal for reunion.

Staff were awesome. Food was alright, but pork belly was not fresh, needs to improve. Prices of beer bottles increased from $4 to $5. Perhaps should have bundle/ bucket promotion.

Very friendly and accomodating staffs. What's more amazing is their generous portion of food. Best about them is definitely the taste of their wide varieties of Vietnamese food and beverages at very very affordable pricing. I went with a family of 9. We had a very satisfying time and meal.

There was a singer on stage from 7-10pm. Live singing of mainly Cantonese & Mandarin songs. Very good. Foods & ambience & service are also very good. Not my 1st time here & will definitely recommend it to friends.

Great food. Not crowded for lunch, and the staff can attend to the diners promptly. An unsheltered car park can be hot in the afternoon sun.

Service was great, staff were polite and majority of food was yummy. Would return to dine again. Freshness of garlic prawn can be improved, was a little mushy. Egg fried rice was quite blend. Other than that, sotong, spring roll and egg omelette were all great! Can’t wait to try other dishes! 👍🏼

Foods are delicious… better if there’s member from restaurant or promotion for new customer… Quite many people with long table nearby.. big families.. but overall are okay ^^

Menu has vegetarian-acceptable items. No live singer today so noise level was good - not loud and able to have a comfortable conversation. Food was fine (Hard to judge because I was hungry and that makes things tastier). Portion size also acceptable. Affordable prices. Will try again at some point.

Foods are ok,but serve a bit slow and the staff never advised us when ordering food as many double order like we order the platters inside already got rice,mee,spring roll & salad. The restaurant environment are comfortable & got live singer is not bad.

Food and drinks here are very good, worth the price.

The food was good but the ambience was ruined by patrons taking loudly and playing dice in the restaurant. The server even spilled the drinks and soup on the table and didn’t even offer to clean up.
