Great environment! I was impressed by the service.the service staff was tactful. The place wad tidy and neat.the drink was great too.fun and lots of colours.

FOOD IS SUPER DELICIOUS... TWO THUMBS UP.. AWESOME SEAFOOD EVEN THOUGH THE CRAB NOT THAT FRESH.. I LOVE THE DESSERT CORNER... AWESOME STAFF... FRIENDLY & VERY POLITE... GOOD MANAGEMENT...

I am prawn lover. The prawn consider fresh and quite big. Taste of the dishes is not bad and suitable for India and Muslim. Can consider more Chinese or western dishes.

Great food, great ambience. Staffs are full of smile and very helpful! My family had a great time and is quite affordable. The place is accessible for wheelchair users too!

Food was ok. But no ice cream and no special treat for birthday pax. Not much variety. Very crowded, maybe due to the 1 for 1 promotion. Staff was too efficient in clearing the plates on the table.

Dinner was exceptional, not only because every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful but also because the prices were so reasonable. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Good food, good service provided by the waiters. The manager made an exception by not charging for 2 children who were allegic to egg and seafood. As such.. they could not have any of the buffet food. Highly recommended for large gathering . Must try is the satay.

My time on Royalpalm yesterday was mind-blowing.... I went for dinner with my friends n we all enjoyed thouroughly.... especially loved Fish Curry n Naan....Will be coming soon again n don't wanna lose one more time spent there with promotion till End of October... Really Satisfying dishes... Thank You

Variety of food wasn't much, food kept running cold and running out. Service was average and not impressive. Hope that there will be a better experience in the future.

Overall experience was good. My family and I had a great time having our dinner there. The ambience and service was great too :) .

The restaurant has a great ambience, serves delicious food with friendly staffs going making rounds clearing plates efficiently making more room for has to enjoy the buffet there. Recommended!

Choices of food r great! There's a large sitting area, so we didn't feel cramped inside the restaurant. Love the live music too. Variety in their songs. My family have enjoyed themselves a lot.

Overall ambience and spread are okay, could be better with more international food such as sushi spread. The live music adds on to the cosy ambience of the restaurant

I decided to plan a surprise birthday dinner at OCC Royal Palms for my friend. I'm really glad she loved it thanks to all the yummy foods & the relax ambience accompanied by the live performance. Not to forget for your great service too. It was such an awesome night. Thank you Royal Palms!

Food is awesome, ambience is nice except selection of desert is not many. Shld have more desert spread and it will be awsomeness. Will be back again soon.

The food and ambience are all good! Except for one thing which is the prayer area located for the Muslims. It will be much better if Royal Palm can provide a much proper prayer area, maybe a room. Because the current one is just a small space, and for the ladies, we don't really feel comfortable praying in an open area like that without a proper enclosed area. Hope Royal Palm will take this into consideration. Thank you!

The buffet spread was okay for the price we paid(1 for 1). We managed to get the most of the food with less waiting time. Had to be fast

Nice environment very friendly staffs. Can get quite crowded during peak hours so do go early to get a good seat. The smoke from the satay grill may be too much for people seating outdoors.

Quite a good spread of food, including Mediterranean, Malay, Indian, Chinese. The food were generally quite good and re-fills were done fast. Staff were also professional and friendly. Live performance was available. Generally, a good experience.

The ambience was really lovely and the food was a spread! Food was not spicy so it's kid friendly. Staff were friendly as well. Definitely worth the visit!

Food is awesome I love the flower crab clam prawn is fresh management is helpful and friendly Is better than Sakura But if add on japenese food this will be best

Food is great and ambience of an Iftar is very very good. However all these great food and ambience was let down by the sitting arrangement where the tables ad chairs are too close to each other. When we need to go to the buffet it is very troublesome to SQUEEZE our way in and out from our table.

The restaurant was very crowded and we had to queue for a long time for the satay. The seafood section was not topped up fast enough. However, we saw that the manager was always making his rounds to check.

The queue was quite long but was served promptly. Was quite surprise when a 8y.o child was supposed to pay for Adult rate as not all child eat as much as adult. Food was ok same as The Landmark. Dining area was quite cramp as it was arranged close to other tables

Had the table by the pool. Nice ambience for breaking of fast in the evening. Food was good. The dishes were savoury and seasoned well. Look forward to the next visit.

i hope to see more food varieties and ice cream too. the rest are okay and nice dining! well prepared and i would love to come back again in future.

The only lack is on the dessert area..No ice cream, no ice kacang..this is are important stuff for dessert area. The table are to narrow to other table.. when going about the area..it so uncomfortable..

Not so good.. its overcrowded, and we were given a seat outside and its very hot.. To top it up, they dont even have baby chair.. Food was so so..

Good location, free parking and easy access. Good selection of appetizers, main dishes, desserts and beverages. Warm and friendly staff. There was an area partitioned for Muslims to perform their prayers after breaking their fast.

It was nice place to eat and the place look great. The foods it good surely I will be back again with my family. I given 4 stars.

Over priced for bad food. Not tasty. Extremely crowded. Maybe it is buka puasa time, I am fine with it. I doubt I will be back. The 10% service charge and 7% gst. I still don't know what service I received.

Very good spread of food. Wish they can provide fingerbowl to wash for the chilli crab n fish head curry. Otherwise very good service n good value for the price paid.

Variety of food choices but quality of products can be improved...crab was not fresh, clams was not cleaned properly and replenish of food not promt...$47/pax for this standard not very worth it as more places with this price is able to get better quality of food.

The mutton Satay wasn't cooked properly and the fish head in the fish head curry was still raw and full of scales.. service by Patel was unsatisfactory. We were punctual upon our arrival and he wanted to push us to sit outside when the inside tables weren't filled. We had to argue that we weren't late and why can't we be given seats inside when we were here first. An hour later the inside tables were still unfilled.

All food served are good & staff are polite and appreciated them , we'll come back in the nearest future if entitle for more discount. Thank you

It was an awesome place, food was good and variety and I love the nyonya kuehs. My family love it too , will visit again soon.

The food is to limited and all the food is spicy especially chicken keeme shouldn't spicy coz children can eat. Poor my kids can't eat all the food.Then the Chili crab uncooked and too spicy.easy to say a lots of the food is spicy....really very disappointed

My wife ( bithday); and I enjoyed the dinner at Palm--this is our second visit and we enjoyed very much the delicious spread. The ambience was good and the food offered were well positioned and adequate. Your staff was polite and ever ready to serve. As we are devout muslim; the prayer corner came in handy so that we dont miss our maghrib prayer. We have recommened to friends and relatives and may make it a third try.

The buffet spread had a wide selections of local and international dishes. Cosy and relaxing ambience for a wonderful dinner with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Rest place but the place was abit noisy as they were having a small entertainer. Our main purpose was to catch up with our group of friends so it was abit difficult due to the noise level.

Great place to dine in with families & friends. Wide buffet spread with great location. The chicken tandoori is simply a must try! Definitely value for money !

The place has greatt food and a nice ambience. Quite family friendly as well. There is something for everyone. I wished there would be maybe sushi. That would be even better.
