This Duxton Hill restaurant calls itself smart casual, so diners are invited to wear their normal gear, minus the flip flops and shorts – relaxed, yet classy for an evening of French elegance.
Swing by Rhubarb Le Restaurant on Duxton Hill for lunch and try the well-priced three-course menu including items like French yellow chicken with roasted garlic and Vitelotte potatoes, or the saddle of lamb with mustard, carrots and creamed barley. Have a look at the a la carte menu and decide between classics like the foie gras with Grue de Cacao, apricots and almonds, or take the Wagyu ribeye with pickled walnuts and fresh herbs. And don’t forget dessert – the chocolate mousse with berries and vanilla ice cream is simply divine. Reservations are a must for this Duxton Hill restaurant!

Excellent food and great service. We took the 5 meals menu, with foie gras and lobster. Very interesting tastes and textures, along with good wines.
What a great restaurant! Only 7 tables and fantastic food. My wife and I had the tasting menu and each course had a wow factor.
Amazing food and a great little place to dine out somewhere special. The maximum of 10 tables, made each course of the meal with description by the chef very intimate.
Really great food, very good wine. Was pretty quite when we were there, tough I heard from some friends it could be quite busy place.
Best food I've eaten in my whole life. Service is great and intimate, overall perfection really. Would very much recommend trying all the dishes available.
Nice food and service. Great value set lunch. Small and cosy so good for conversations. Parking at lunch is ok but dinner will be difficult.
Spectacular food experience with immensely talented chef. Great meal!! A bit pricey, but worth it. Terrific wine list with lots of reasonably priced superb wines.
The service was very good. Love the rhubarb dessert. Not so sweet and every component on the plate complements well with one another. Would recommend this restaurant to my friends.
Varied menu good food excellent service extensive wine list degustation menu or a la carte. Don't drive parking is very limited in Duxton hill. Recommend.
Food was well presented and quality ingredients were used. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. Went for lunch and the set lunch was reasonable priced.
Excellent! Wonderful service. Amazing food. Beautiful presentation. This is my third or fourth visit and I cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Rhubarb.
Great service, attentive yet unobtrusive. Very nice wine list and offering Coravin options. Food is excellent as always. Happy to be back for repeat visits.
We tooktge menu. Really nice atmosphere to savour an array of delicate combination of flavour. Tremendous wine list. And a very efficient and attentive staff.
Very high level on everything; the service, the meny, the food, both the taste and the presentation. This is a restaurant you have to visit!!
Excellent food, an excellent service, an intimate settings, a delightful experience. We wil come back with pleasure. It is a good, charming and alm place.
Unique combination of ingredients. I really loved the beef and the emulsion! Service was good as well. I'm truly pleased that the chef came out to bid us farewell.
Good, Creative food (but not too many ingredients), interesting wine selection (very decent choice of half bottles) and very nice ambiance. The lunch was excellent value for the quality.
Good presentation and cod fish was v fresh and decent sized portion. Set lunch is just right and v good value for money. Ideal for inexpensive corporate lunch time.
A very small and intimate restaurant serving innovation food with very personalised service. Hidden away in Duxton hill. Do not miss the emulsion, butternut pumpking with black truffle puree.
Meal and overall experience was pleasant, but nothing struck out as being mind-blowingly good. Prices for the wines were reasonable. Just so you know, they have a private dining area upstairs for up to 14 people.
great food they have there. great service provided and a cozy dining environment. Over all dining experience is great. I will come back and try out their dinner.
Great food. The soup was excellent. The chef even came over and advise us the best way to enjoy it. The duck liver foie gras was nicely done.
We would like to congratulate the chef for his inventive cuisine. The diner was perfect. We wil recommend your restaurant. Thanks also for the staff who is professional.
Excellent food and wine, warm and professional service (Merci beaucoup, Jerome and Francis!), and a cosy and intimate space. A lovely first visit and definitely not our last!
Fantastic service and food. our guest did enjoy the night with the great experience. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back again
Cosy and nice ambience. Only 7 tables so it's very spacious but can be quite difficult to book. The pricing is good too. Definitely value for money.
Great dining experience and outstanding service by the chef and his team. Really enjoyed the Wagyu main course and the Rhubarb dessert. Would love to visit again.
Personalised dining experience with a exquisite and scrumptious degustation menu! The servers are attentive and forth coming and loved the intricacy in the presentation of the food.
Nice ambience and good service provided. Food is tasty and nicely served. Great place for a nice quiet lunch with a small group of friends or clients.
Great food and service ... tasty and creative. An experience for your taste buds! If in singapore go and eat here in this gem of a restaurant.
Food was great, creative and very Fresh. Our waiter was extremely helpful, informative and patient. Nice ambience. Lunch was very good value for money. Will def return.
very good all around. Matching wines would be a great addition and I thought the Langostine was a little disappointing all other dishes were fantastic. Top pot
Food was excellent and service very good, small and intimate restaurant, lucky enough to be seated next to the kitchen to watch the staff work their magic.
Good food, safe but some surprises. Pleasant ambience, nice and quiet for a cosy lunch with friends or business. Attentive service and not overly pretentious. Will recommend.
Lovely atmosphere in a small restaurant with great attentive service and brilliant food on both the a la carte and set menus. Highly recommend a visit!
Cozy place with nice food. The tasting menu is great. We have seen some of the regulars there. This tells about the hospitality and food standards.
First class food and good wine list. Some junior staff needs additional training :) But the overall experience is excellent, will recommend to friends and family.
Overall nice experience. Service was good and Sommelier knowledge excellent. Some hits and misses with the dishes. Textures and balance not up to top standard in some cases for French fine dining.
Food is excellent but service was somewhat lacking. We had to attract the attention of the waiters several times in order to place our orders etc Be warned that dining is expensive!
Food was delicious and well cooked. Service was splendid. Great dining experience all in all. I would definitely recommend anyone who is considering to try.
Excellent service from friendly staff, impressive food presentation, it taste great with all the sides that come together. The environment is perfect for business discussion
The food is nice, especially the main course. We ordered the wagyu and pigeon, both tasted great. However, the serving time is a bit slow.
Overall, it is very good experience. The stafd provide attentive service. The set lunch menu is value for money. Nice food. Great ambience. Cosy place.
The food was brilliant, the wine and service was great. I would highly recommend Rhubarb to anyone wishing to eat at a lovely French restaurant.
The taste of food was great, but the service was so-so. Service by a middle aged man was friendly and smart but others', especially a guy's were cold and not helpful.
Food was good on the whole. We knew it would be expensive but felt that it was a bit overpriced nonetheless. Some nice dishes though and we enjoyed each one.
Cheese is wonderful. Better than other french restaurant. However, I ordered the main course, the beef rib was too fat for me. Other than that, everything is perfect.
Food was ok. It was a disappointment not seeing wine match offered with the degustation menu. Doesn't seem to be comparable other Michelin starred restaurants I've been to.
Really good mains and dessert for the set lunch. The ambience was nice and the service was efficient and polite. Would recommend. $42++ for three course
Interesting concept and combination of delectable dishes! Courteous staffs and friendly chef. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience. We will return for another culinary experience!
