Preludio in Singapore is setting the bar for fine dining with its artistic approach and innovative food and drink. Lead by head chef Fernando Arévalo, this elegant Tanjong Pagar restaurant is making a statement with its contemporary dining concept and a visit here will be one to remember. Arévalo is originally from Colombia, but the menu is not dictated by any one cuisine – instead it is a fusion of international flavours and styles that has no limit, constantly evolving as time passes. Lunch is available in four or seven courses, while dinner is six or eight courses. Alongside Arévalo there is a dedicated pastry chef and wine sommelier, meaning you can trust you’re in good hands when dining at Preludio. Situated in the centre of Singapore’s business district on Cecil Street, this is sophisticated and creative fine dining at its best.

Great experience, amazing food, good service, nice atmosphere. Will repeat
Not Preludio’s fault. They had a guest who was extremely loud and was practically shouting in the restaurant. They offered to move us but we stayed in our seat as we did not want to kick up a fuss. You could not help but hear her opinions on everything but she actually shouted herself hoarse and was quiet for the last 3 courses!
