Plum & Toro Singapore, found in the bustling centre of River Valley, is quickly earning itself a reputation for keeping a fantastic standard in both Japanese food and cocktails. On the menu is everything from a tender wagyu beef burger served on a charcoal bun with seaweed fries to a bountiful range of fresh seafood, as only Singapore can provide.
The Plum & Toro drinks menu is a sight to behold as well, with something different to satisfy every palate. If it’s cocktails you’re after then you can’t go wrong with a Kyoto 75 which combines Kinobi gin, Yuzu liqueur, lemon and prosecco for a delicious treat. Good food , can serve better grade of Tuna eg: Chutoro . Some additions of vegetarian items and a wider choice of sashimi fish will help.
