Pretty good, really enjoyed the hummus and Apple tea. Platter for 2 was tasty, though slightly expensive for the portion, and we preferred the bread to the rice.

The shish platter is a good way to get a good variety to try out. It was a Friday night and not crowded so my family enjoyed the visit. Food is generally good and the variety pretty wide. Have many more things to come back again to try.

Located in a very convenient location. The restaurant was empty when we went. nevertheless , the ambience was good and the food was also great. I tried the iskender chicken and it was very delicious. The pricing is also not too expensive compared to other Turkish restaurants I have been to. I would definitely visit again

The staff are friendly and the location is easy to find. We opted for outdoor seating. It was breezy and comfortable. The food is good. We ordered a mixed platter and lamb shank. So tasty! Won't mind going again.

The restaurant was not too crowded at lunch time so service was reasonably efficient. Music was way too loud but the staff turned down the volume when we asked. Food portions were generous and quite good.

The lamb kebab which is one of the chef recommendation is succulent. Price is reasonable (about $20 per pax). Quite crowded during lunch, good to make reservation or go early.

The restaurant can be crowded during lunch time but relatively quiet and cosy ambience. Food is tasty and reasonably price. Suggestion to provide free warm or tap water instead of charging for distill.

Good value for money. Clean and nice restaurant... Food was nice but staff were a little blur. Hummus, pita bread and grilled meat were good.

Nice ambient with unique Turkish setting. We went there for dinner at around 6pm. Amper parking space at basement. The restaurant was not crowded due to non peak hour. The food were very good. The turkish coffee was well brewed.

I think this place was great! The food was good, and served rather quickly. If you're there in the evening, it's not crowded at all so it's good for having gatherings to catch up and chit chat.

Due to a large team that we went for lunch, the serving is slow and messy, as in some ppl have the food served not the soup, some ppl have the soup but no food. Overall is OK.

It's my first time to Ottoman Kebab & Grill. My friends and I decided to get ourselves the platter as our starter. I love the goat cheese one, but some of my friends find them a little plain, so it's better to go with some chili sauce! We also tried their Doner Chicken Wrap, the meat and everything is great! And also their Shish Seafood which comes with the flat bread. The flat bread was something I was looking forward to, but it didn't turn out as nice as what I've expected. But maybe it's just me. We also had the Kunefe as our dessert, not knowing what to expect, we surprisingly enjoyed it very much. So I would say it's a must-try! Because we had a handful of us sharing one, it was just nice for us as it's quite an oily dessert (yes it's actually a warm/hot dessert), it may be too much for one/two to finish all. But it's still good. As for their service, I guess they may not be locals, and thus, the difference in pace and expectations. For a couple of times, I couldn't really catch their accent, but it's fun learning to recognize and understand them. It would be great if the waiter(s) could be more proactive in introducing to us what's their 'localized dishes' which first-timers should go for, since many of us may not understand what's 'borek', 'pilav', etc. and have to google them before ordering. Ha. Overall, they are still friendly people! I'll definitely go to this hidden treasure at bedok mall again.

Ordered the chicken pide and it was delicious. The chicken was nicely cooked and the pide bread was really soft. The restaurant has a nice ambience and we were even treated to complimentary dessert because it was nye. Definitely reccommended!!
