The food was good! The chef was very friendly, we will definitely be back again.

It was the last few days of this joint but it doesn't deter them for delivering a perfect meal.

Service was rather inattentive - one of our orders was left out and the staff had to be reminded several times on simple things like water and serving dessert with our set meal

The Chendol's shaving ice is a bit rough. Other then that it is delicious as the sweetness is just right.

A taste of home cook local delights - chap chye, char Siew, Ngoh Hiang, fish porridge, all very well prepared, very tasteful to the palate. Only problem is limited parking since hotel is by the roadside. Perhaps, need to let patrons know in advance where to park.

We have a pleasant dinner. Will come again to try other dishes.

Have been to One Bowl on 5 occasions and the standard of cooking has been remarkably consistent. Try the char siew. It’s to die for. I love their mee suah and found it such a pleasure to finish the meal with chendol.

Totally satisfied with the meal but the ambience is badly affected by poor / no acoustics considerations which should be reasonably easy to resolve. Please do something about it. Thanks!

My second time there, 1st time to celebrate my 60th birthday with my close friends and 2nd time, brought my sister and her family there. We like it very much.

Charming ambience with happy chatter from diners all around. Food is very good and prices reasonable. Char Siew is melt in the mouth - have it with or without the equally yummy QQ noodles or sliders. Love also the Ngoh Hiang and Porridge. The complimentary house soup is a welcomed starter.

The food was good but it came one by one. Interval between the food was long, they forgot about 2 of our orders.. we wait for an hour plus so in the end we cancelled the last one. Bowls and cups have stains, not clean at all.

The owner is very hospital but not the female staff . We have been there 4 times and there was never a smile , nor exhibit helpful service. Rather disappointing . Otherwise the food and value are both excellent.

The serve delicious roast pork and home cook soup, delicious roast pork buger. Should give it a try. Will go back with the family again.

The food was quite awesome! As reviewed by several personalities, the char siew is nicely caramelised. The fish porridge is so yumz my kids ordered a 2nd portion. The waiting team also had a fantastic attitude despite a busy Sat night. The only downside was the limited options. Otherwise, food, experience and ambience were all good! Thanks.

This place serves good food with great service. Although the serving is a bit small, it is still a great place to chill with friends for gathering. Highly recommended!

Food was great, but the service was not that fantastic despite the small setup. Not sure why the staff is in a hurry to clear the plates right after we are done with the meal.
