Featuring a live band playing every evening from Monday to Saturday, Mel’s loves to entertain – on Friday’s there is even a magic show! Throwing a big party? Let Mel’s take care of it for you. A meal at Mel’s in Singapore’s East Coast area wouldn’t be complete without ordering one of their amazing cocktails. Try signature drinks like the Black Seal Fizz, a tasty mix of dark rum, apple juice, grenadine syrup and Champagne or the Sophisticated Ten, made with Tanqueray gin, elderflower liqueur, and grapefruit bitters. For dinner, we recommend the Kurobuta pork rack or the classic fish & chips made with Pacific dory fillet, deep-fried with beer batter and served with tartare sauce, pineapple mango salsa, lemon wedges and chips.
