Dear diners, please note that from 3pm to 6pm daily, Marina Bistro is closed but guests will be seated at Discovery Pub.
Take in the gorgeous sunset as you tuck into local and international favourites at Marina Bistro, an alfresco restaurant perched on the western edge of Singapore at Tuas West Drive. With a wide array of salads, sandwiches, mains and desserts on the menu here, this casual seaside dining spot boasts scenic views of the lagoon offering a soothing respite away from the heavily industralised parts of Tuas. Get down to Marina Bistro soon before everyone else hears about it, just be sure to reserve ahead to avoid disappointment.
Singapore’s western suburb of Tuas is commonly associated with heavy industry, so hearing about restaurants like Marina Bistro came as a complete surprise to us. Located on Tuas West Drive, away from the bulk of factories and offices that characterise the district, Marina Bistro’s relative seclusion to Tuas – and the rest of Singapore – is exactly what gives it its edge. If you’re looking for a spot where you can unwind and truly enjoy a break from the madding crowd, you’ve come to the right place.
Whether you’re coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner, Marina Bistro has a smorgasbord of specialities to keep you satisfied. Mornings begin with continental or American breakfast sets, but if you prefer having something more down-to-earth, there are also nasi lemak and congee options to choose from. In the afternoon and evenings, the menu expands to offer a wide selection of popular local and international dishes including Caesar salad with poached prawns, grilled chicken teriyaki, seafood mee goreng, and vegetarian paneer jalfrezi. And that’s not all: stick around and treat yourself to ice kachang or chocolate lava cake for dessert, while you watch the sun set over the horizon and delight in the fact that you’ve found a real hidden gem in the most unexpected of places. Reserve ahead to snag the best seats.
I like the electronic menu, easy to use. stuff are very proactive despite their busy timing during lunch. very good. I invited my customer to the restaurant and they are happy
This bistro is located in one of the less pretentious marina clubs in Singapore. It's al fresco and you are just a few metres away from the yachts and ships. The swimming pool (members only) is just beside the bistro and you can get a clear view of the 2nd causeway.
Good serve and food. Recommend to go again. Nice environment, food by the sea. Good for family with kids. Will come back again to this place.
Beautiful place with a well sorted menu (Western and Asian, especially local Singaporean dishes like Laksa and Chicken Rice) for affordable prices. Fully recommendable and worth the long distance drive from the city.
My friends and I had a nice evening. Marina Bistro served delicious food and the ambience is something we look forward to go back to.
Excellent food with reasonable price. Food serving was heavy. Do made appointment for lunch, as its very pack during lunch hours. Order thru tablet have to be confirm with staff password log in which allows staff to confirm order as correct.Excellent cross check.
A place for both Western and Local Delights. Food is tasty as before. Nice view of the yachts and sea. Service used to be slow during lunch hours but now has improved.
Best service and fast response really recommend to others out there. Food was awsome and good sea view and nice place to relax. All of the above thumbs up
Waiter is not familiar with the items on order. All the rest of the items were served except the seafood soup bowl. After waiter went through the list on order, he said that this was not ordered. However, within 2 minutes, the other waiter came with the item. So, was it on order in the first place?
Wonderful scenery, food was good. Staff service was great. Price is reasonable considering at this location. Near to the MRT which makes it more easier to reach out for people
