We had a reservation at 1:30 but they said they ran out of maguro. The whole time they didn't tell us until we sat down to order. The next table guests left, too, very unhappy. So unreliable and ridiculously unprofessional to waste customers' time. How could they run out of the very things in the name of their store and people came for....unbelievable!

The portion did not reduce significantly despite inflation. A bit under staffed but expected with current environment.

First time there and although they were understaffed, everyone was friendly and service was good. the griled maguro collar was super good!

was a gold member of restaurant and spend 600 plus on a Monday which members were supposed to enjoy certain discount. payment staff say no to deal and insist on the bill was right despite me being a regular and know what was right. settled the full payment and left.

Ordered otoro but "abnormal otoro" without characteristic white fat straps were served. Truly disappointed !!!

It's a relatively cheap and delicious restaurant. Tuna is especially good. It is relatively crowded, so I think it is necessary to make a reservation.

Rice was stale, and the 5-kind maguro sashimi platter we ordered came without the toumi without prior notice upon ordering. We were only informed of the replacement with minced tuna fats after the food was served…
