Lu Ding Ji in Singapore is a Taiwanese-inspired restaurant with a chic, sophisticated dining room. Situated on Chai Chee Road in the East Coast district, this eatery is fusing the flavours of Taiwan, Singapore and wider Asia into an all-encompassing menu of meat and vegetable dishes. They’ll be something for everyone, from tasty deep fried chicken and Taiwanese street food braised in secret sauce, to wagyu rice bowls and mushroom udon noodles. We recommend trying a flavoursome claypot dish, a house speciality, with flavours such as tau kwa tofu, pork belly and chicken thigh. Located within the Viva Business Park complex, book a table at Lu Ding Ji today and enjoy a range of Asian fusion food.

Nice claypot I had and would definitely recommend it again!
I went yesterday for dinner and ate their signature 卤肉饭 jumbo, my sister ate the wanyu beef noodle. I can assure this is the best ever 卤肉饭 i had eaten!
