Already an institution in Chinatown, Le Garden is a hit among health-conscious Singaporeans thanks to its unique steaming process that cooks seafood in its natural flavours to produce a delicious, low-calorie feast using very little to no oil, seasoning and marinades.
Like its predecessor, Le Garden’s newest outlet at Marina Bay is just as elegant in its decor and fans of the original will be pleased to know that the menu offers the same wide-ranging selection of fresh catch from the ocean, including tiger king prawns, crabs and razor clams. For a real treat, however, you’ll want to order the abalone or Boston lobster – their prices vary with the season, so remember to enquire with your waiter beforehand. A generous array of dim sum and other specialities complete the dining experience, so have a round of Chinese chives dumplings and glutinous rice pork balls to share around your table. You’ll find Le Garden on the third storey of Marina Square in Singapore’s downtown precinct of Marina Bay, within an easy walking distance from Esplanade and Promenade MRT stations. My favorite steam seafood place. Fresh good food at reasonable price
Staff services were great and . Care and meet customers need. Change plates quite often. But they did not have our booking. Anywhere we still had our table.

Love the food and varieties. Nice pork ball, fresh prawn that taste so well with their sauce. Love their truffle chicken too. Reasonable and valued price especially if you order the seafood set. Will come again.
After the lunch , 3 of us have diarrhoea and vomiting . I think the hygiene is not 100% good . The way they use the steamer to cook the food need to improve if there are porridge below and they want to use the ingredient that was steaming above to flow down the sweetness of the food , then they should not use plate to steam the food . How clean is your plate and the water vapor that flow down could have infected by bacteria on the plate . Seafood is fresh but handling of how to cook it , need a lot of improvement . Although I spend almost $400.00 for the meal , I think is not worth of money . Will not patronize anymore . Staff service is good .
Great and fresh seafood! Service was good and prompt. The waiter even went the extra mile in helping us to take the flesh out from the conch! Worth giving it a try!
Both food and service were great. Water refill was in time, waiter helped to serve clams to small plate but it turns cold. Prawns not so fresh. Steam groupa was very fresh. Bird nest taste just nice
Food was nice except for the bamboo clam is slightly too chewy. Like the dipping sauce which goes well with the seafood. Price is reasonable. Will visit again this sat

As usual only a few tables occupied and three service staffs working. Order the set dinner at SGD98++ Seafood are fresh but not able to make the porridge delicious. Will try other cook food next round.
