Latest Recipe is centrally located in Sentosa’s Le Méridien hotel, and its Taste of Discovery Buffet draws a huge crowd from all across Singapore. The international buffet includes barbecue grill stations, a whole range of wok dishes, Singaporean laksa, Chinese and Indian specialities as well as over 22 different kinds of dessert. A few of our favourite menu items from the evening a la carte include pan seared duck liver on toasted brioche with dark cherry compote and the spaghetti seafood marinara with a spicy tomato sauce, prawns, scallops, mussels and more. Make sure you leave some room for dessert because the delectable French fancies available are sure to appeal to many.
First time the restaurant had done a Sunday brunch to this extent I believe so the staffing wasn’t the best. Having said that the more senior staff were responsive and too the lead. Will be back.
