On the ground floor of Singapore’s AXA Tower you’ll find L'euphởriz, a newly opened restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Though the restaurant is as fresh as its dishes, customers are already making enthusiastic noises about their pho, the traditional Vietnamese soup that combines fresh noodles and tender beef or chicken in a light and subtly flavoured broth. A Vietnamese restaurant’s pho is often the deciding factor when it comes to foodies’ judgment – if its good, the rest of the menu follows. Upon sampling that first delicious mouthful, there’s no doubt that L'euphởriz lives up to its name!
If you’re in Singapore and looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, look up! That is, look no further than L'euphởriz in the AXA Tower, 8 Shenton Way. Opened in October 2014, satisfied customers are already raving about L'euphởriz’ pho bo and pho ga, the traditional Vietnamese soups that immerse tender slices of
beef or chicken in a delicate broth along with noodles, coriander, and lemongrass.
At the foot of Singapore’s AXA Tower, L’euphởriz sets out its authentic Vietnamese cuisine in modern surrounds. The servings themselves are beautifully presented, with a kind of contemporary minimalism befitting the beguiling simplicity of Vietnamese cuisine – it’s always that first mouthful that reminds diners how subtly complex Vietnamese food can be. With fresh ingredients put to work in traditional Vietnamese dishes with a modern twist, L'euphởriz is set to delight discerning diners.
Clean cafe environment. Service is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Tried their satay beef noodle as I've never seen it on a Vietnamese menu before. It had a soupy broth texture which was great on the rainy evening I had it. The beef was fresh, with beef balls adding an interesting variation to the dish. It wasn't spicy at all. So chilli lovers may want to add the cut red chillies that were very kindly provided.
Generally OKAY to dine there. Pork Chop with rice : Pork is very dry Beef Pho : the Pho is not the best I tried, not thin enough. Soup so-so Chicken Thigh with rice : Okay Mixed-Platter : Pretty tasty, nice for sharing Lunch Reservation : suggested if you have a more than 4pax
Very good food And nice service. Flavory and tasty Restaurant perfect for a lunch but unfortunately not an atmosphere for diner. Should try, healthy and pleasant
