Really had a great time at Kite on Craig Road. We didn't know that only Valentine's day menu were available on that day, and the staff accepted our requests to order from the ala carte menu instead. Great food, such a shame that it closed down. Looking forward to your next adventures!

Food portions were on the smaller side. Ala carte menu is really their tasting menu broken down. Char Siew wagyu and chicken rice crackers were good. Wine selection not great, way below expectation

Good food with good services. Price is little bit higher. Location is quite good. Quite quiet during weekdays. Good decoration and atmosphere. Dessert can be improved. More variety.

An incredible hole-in-the-wall Asian fusion style tapas place, get addicted to the chicken skin with bourbon glaze, and be wowed by their other hot and cold small plates which guarantee a delight on the tastebuds. The place may look casual, but the kitchen put a lot of effort in the food to make it taste gastronomically delightful.

Food was interesting and great, enjoyed the somen especially. Service was good but disappointed with the birthday surprise I requested for my friend. Restaurant was clean and pleasant, but toilet was less than satisfactory.

Good quality food served in small sized portions, a little on the expensive side, probably more affordable for working adults rather than the general population. Nice ambiance and great service though.

I invited a good friend to join me at Kite for lunch as she was in the area that day. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We ordered two Exec. set lunches, ie. a 3 dish and a 4 dish set so we had 7 dishes to share. The price is a bit steep considering the extras one has to pay when selecting some of the options, such as the steak portion. In all, our total bill came up to a little over $100, which is kind of much for a lunch on a weekday. However, aside from the pricepoint, we loved the attention to detail paid to each dish, and each dish came with its own unexpected twist. Fans of classic dishes may not be able to recognise their favourites, but fusion food lovers will be ultra pleased.

Every dish served was really exceptional. Portion served was small but having the perks of ordering multiple dishes and sharing it with friends gave us more chance to explore the dinner menu. Coupled with really friendly serving crew who were ever so attentive, plus giving us a complimentary dessert for my friend's birthday - this place is certainly worth a revisit for great food, service and ambience for chilling with friends.

Kite has a really nice ambience for friends or if you wish to date!! We were pleasantly greeted and it was a altogether lovely experience. The best dishes were the 42degree cold dish Salmon as well as the cold dish Somen noodles! The chicken skin was a nice appetizer! Coffee was great too! No complaints at all. Will definitely return for more of the appetizing noodles! yumm!

Good food with some unusual, but delicious and innovative dishes like chicken and rice crackers with a spicy sweet dip. Excellent service. Small plating. Small tables. Hard to read menu. Flat lighting. Bit noisy when cocktails are mixed.

Expect the unexpected. Love how creative the team is with the ingredient. Love their Some with prawns and pork collar. Not revealing much so it will not kill your experience if you plan to go. I felt like I just been to a French nouvelle cuisine restaurant nearby with only a fraction of what I paid there. It costs me $240 for 8 dishes and 8 cocktails! I'll be back!

Great service, attentive staff. Wine servings per glass are generous. Food was ready quite quickly. We recommend the black pig, wagyu cheeks, the deconstructed tuna sandwich and the chicken skin. The panna cotta with pink peppercorns was special. We were sat near the back and would have preferred a bar seat or a table near the door.

I make it a point to support local small businesses, especially restaurants and cafes because it's such a competitive industry. But I'm sorry to say, Kite was a really disappointing dining experience. The Kite team should look into managing customers' value perception, i.e. If you're going to charge premium prices, then your food must deliver in either quality, taste, or technique. Preferably all of that. The asparagus dish with coffee grounds...I think it costs $18. For a few stalks of raw baby asparagus, 2 slivers of raw carrot, dusted with some strange coffee powder blend. Great that it was all organic. But seriously? The Ubin seabass had an interesting texture to it. And not in a good way. So again, technique: left to be desired. Taste: bland. Value for money: let's not even go there. We ordered 4 dishes. All of them were less than satisfactory. The cocktails. Lacked depth and balance. Like the food, the cocktails were equally disappointing. I hope the Kite team improves their offering by leaps and bounds. It will take a lot to win back customers.
