Begin your meal at this charming KINS Restaurant in Singapore’s Bugis with KINS House Salad, a big bowl filled with mesclun greens, parmesan cheese, Roma tomatoes, roasted pumpkin and Asian sesame dressing. Bigger appetites are encouraged to try the 3896 Porky, pork belly braised in vintage hua tiow served with a side of green mash, braised egg and sauteed mushroom. Love seafood? Order KINS Restaurant’s crabmeat linguine, made with blue manna crabmeat and an incredible tomato and cream sauce. End with a slice of Tira Miss U for dessert, or go for the chef-recommended Apple Tortilla Tower (towering deep fried tortillas covered with cinnamon apple, crumbles, mixed fruits and vanilla ice cream.
