Taking inspiration from his grandfather’s and father’s gourmet restaurants in Hong Kong, Kam’s Roast Singapore serves authentic Chinese cuisine and specialises in Hong Kong roast meats in particular. The whole menu is mouth watering, but it's their signature BBQ dishes which have made the Kam family famous. We recommend the roast duck, the toro char siu pork belly, or any dishes in “lo sui” sauce, a secret recipe. Alongside the delicious food, guests can expect welcoming hospitality and quality service. Food was ok. The portion of noodle was a tad small. Wasn’t crowded as I went on a weekday lunch so was great for me without too much noise
The meats here are fantastic, totally recommend. The Kai Lan is also not to be missed
