A place with very good korean food here in SG

We had octopus pork dish it was v good and we enjoyed it a lot. The other dishes - ginseng chicken soup were average. There was a v big group seated at the back of the restaurant they were v loud and that dampened the atmosphere a lot. We could see other diners also looking at them each them there were loud roars of laughter or conversation.

Food was authentic! Feel like I'm in Korea! Will visit again!

The staff was accommodating to the big crowds and we were given a private room due to having a reservation of 12 Pax. My friends and I love the food and it was worth it. Will definitely be back for dinner! 😊

Food combo is quite value. Place quite quiet. Nice place to gathering with friends or family. Food not bad. But the food can improve more. Grill pork and some side dishes is nice.

Wonderful service by the friendly staff. The boss even cooked the meat for us! The chicken stew and seafood pancake is a must try. 10/10 will come again.

Price is on the higher side but food is good anf authentic. We love the side dishes n of course the army stew, seafood pancake n jajangmyeon.

Authentic Korean food. Love the cold noodles, army stew, seafood pancake. Good place for dinner gatherings. Friendly and helpful staff. We have a great dinner there last night.

Service is good and the food is great. I like the korean herb jokbal, oyster pancake and kimchi fried rice. Will definitely be back again.

Nice ambience as private area was arranged for pax of 13. Food were served by Koreans whom seemed a little culture shocked when we asked for our side dishes to be refilled. Serving was a little slow and could feel them trying to rush/chase us out by 930pm. Kimchi pancake was not so fantastic in my opinion as it was too thick and sour?

There seems to be a slight change in the recipes of the stews, and I prefer the old ones. Apart from that, it’s still a great place to dine at!

Service was good and they were generous with the sides. The sides were really nice, as well as the seafood pancake and the pork collar. However the ox bone soup was a let down as it was bland and the meat was tough.

Food is awesome!! Staffs are attentive and response is fast. Boss and lady boss are really from Korea. Food is authentic from korea. Price is average.

It was an improntu late dinner so we only ordered the army stew.. The gravy is nice but no rice cake as other places I tried. Service staff a young lady wasn't friendly at all! That kind of spoilt the else ok dining experience

Pleasant find. Ramyeon, banchan and soonbudu jjigae were great. Seafood pajeon was flavorful but on the soggy side. Would be better if it can be crispy.

Good tasty authentic food with nice ambience and music. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs too. Menu item has already included GST so we are only paying for service charges. Worth a go!

This is my 2nd time visiting this restaurant. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. They provide free roasted barley tea. Will recommend more friends!!

The food at Jangwon is great and tasted like authentic Korean food. Moreover, the service was excellent. The staff were polite and we did not have to wait too long for our food. Would definitely come back again!

Pretty cosy restaurant with nice ambience and songs, good food and reasonable prices (no GST). Worth a visit especially for the nice side dishes too.

Service was excellent. Food was flavourful & good. Too much nice food in a night for me and my friends as we were sinfully enjoying our buffet session at jang won. Will definitely be back. Love the seafood pancakes, kimchi fried rice & tofu stew soup personally.
