They claim to be a ‘new concept dessert’ cafe in Jurong West Central, and we’re inclined to agree with them to some degree. Although IL-SOLE Korean Dessert Cafe offer plenty of conventional desserts that are certainly worth a try – the strawberry or mango waffles are pretty darn satisfying – we recommend trying something a little harder to come by elsewhere in Singapore. By this we mean IL-SOLE’s signature Korean bingsu bowls (doused in anything from blueberries to oreo, green tea to red beans), aesthetically impressive ‘Water Fall’ creations and traditional Korean toast desserts – the rice cake cheese toast and injeolmi toast are the authentic picks here. There’s no other place in Jurong West offering the same sweet stuff as IL-SOLE so it can get very busy, and we recommend reserving a place before going, especially over the lunch hour.
Bingsoo here is worth the price and big servings, good to try
Comfortable dessert place with adequate seating for groups even during the post-dinner peak hours. The crowd also shows their shaved ice flavours work! Overall pleasant!
