Have you been looking for the best sushi in town? HaHa Sushi is making a name for itself in
Singapore, and that’s no laughing matter! This restaurant actually takes its name from the Japanese
word for mother, HaHa. Located at Singapore’s Aperia Mall on Kallang Avenue, this newly opened
sushi restaurant is the perfect place to have an evening dinner with friends or family after a long day
Singapore is known for having a number of amazing sushi restaurants, so it can sometimes
be difficult to make a decision on where to eat. HaHa Sushi sets itself apart by having a fresh,
lovely interior, amazing choices of both hot and cold Japanese favourites, as well as friendly,
accommodating service. Using a magnetic induction-style conveyor belt to transport the fresh sushi,
HaHa has a modern interior that gives the restaurant a futuristic feel. With its location at Aperia Mall
on Singapore’s Kallang Avenue, it is a convenient location to grab a bite to eat after running some
The quality of seafood used by the skilled chefs at HaHa is also phenomenal. Featuring sashimi flown in fresh from Japan three times a week, guests can rest assured that they are receiving the freshest authentic fish on the market. HaHa even offers other great Japanese specialties outside of sushi like tempura, noodles, sake and even wine! If you’re new to sushi or simply indecisive, order either a 5 course or 7 course Omakase Set featuring the chef’s special selections. Spaces are limited at this Singapore restaurant at Aperia Mall, so it’s recommended to book your seats in advance!
restaurant is new and its food are fresh and nice.
service n oyster were great. highly recommended for all couples or families to go. Also, have to book in advance else it will be full and you will get a very lousy table.
1 for 1 sushi was a good deal. The place was not crowded during dinner time (weekday). Sushi were all of good quality, fresh. Enjoyed the first time experience with several of my colleagues and definitely will return for more!
The staff were helpful & attentive & friendly. Food was nice & fresh.
Plus: food quality is good. E.g. their black pepper beef (not on the menu; medium cooked) is tasty and tender. Ramen has generous serving of cha shu, better than many Jap noodle places. Tempura is also very good. Minus: too few customers could mean the conveyor sushi isn't as fresh as they aren't replenished regularly like in busier outlets. Green tea is a tad too dilute. Bonus: if you go for dinner and are early, you can still enjoy the 1 for 1 sushi offer (valid from 3pm to 6.30pm) as they'll tally the plates at 6.30pm to lock in the discount. So the "strategy" would be to sample the sushi first then go for main course later.
Upon arrival at restaurant, there were only 3 tables, mine being the 3rd. Officially, there's 3 staff..but only 1 female is the true familiar and working one.The other 2 were a bit unsure of what is to be done. Food is fantastic.
staff are helpful and friendly. preparation of food was fast. food promotions such as 50% off colour plates and the oyster buffet was awesome. i dont mind coming back for more:)
Service can be better if they can take more initiative to serve first while they fix problem to enter the system on add on orders. Food is relatively good, price is reasonable. Can visit again.
Though the mall is a little quiet and empty. But do look out for this haha sushi at a corner. They do have a variety of food and it tastes good. Love their food
Staff are friendly. Food is reasonably priced and sushi spread is wide and creative. A little noisy for business discussion. More suitable for casual gathering.
