Innovative dishes in line with the restaurant theme, tastes ok
The food selection is limited. Over pricing based on the taste. Only for one time experience. Won't be returning for it. Could have been better.
Cute place for the novelty. Food is ok on variety and taste.
Dishes were super cute, and quite tasty too for a character cafe. However, the cafe was visibly short-staffed, with one lady having to take orders, be the cashier, clean the tables, serve the food and answer queries.
the food is alright but definitely not worth the price. Side dishes were cold and the hula hula (fruit tea) is obviously too bitter bcas of the over brewed tea The customer service provided was not up to par as what i would expect from the cafe. There was a waitress that knocked down my receipt tab and all she did was turn and look before walking off. Just a simple sorry would suffice. And the cashier dont even bother to say thank you when I paying the bills. Would not visit there again.
Initially I thought this cafe is just like a lot of other themed cafes where usually the food quality is average, but surprisingly the food was good.
I think as for all theme restaurant. Food presentation was great. Taste so so. Kinda over price. Basically best for Gudetama fans.
My 2nd time there after some time and experienced poor service despite no crowd this time. Arrived a quarter to nine and staff were not eager to serve, taking their time to check you in, ask to serve your dessert first cos they are cleaning the machine, give u the bill when u ask for plates, and asking ‘are u done?’ Busy clearing up at 9pm and zero cheerful vibes in a theme cafe. Last check restaurant should close at 10pm.
nice and fun family restaurant. the kids throughly enjoy the food and the cute Gudetama cushions. truffle fries is highly recommended. very crispy and tasty.
Overrated experience. Though he decoration of the restaurant’s interior is cute, it is just aesthetically pleasing food that could have been better prepared. Eggs and eggs everywhere.
