Food was good as usual and service from wait staff was impeccable.

My family and me had a pleasant and happy dinning experience

The restaurant very irresponsible. We booked the table at 7:30pm and all guest reach on time. But, it is full house and no table reserved for us. The waitress did not allocate a table for us despite waiting for 15 mins. We left the restaurant without enjoy the meal

First time here & it's for CNY reunion dinner. The food is fresh & good. Only hiccup is that 2 dishes, the desserts, were out of stocks but the restaurant staff did not inform us until it was time to serve desserts. In this case, we could see that they are seriously short of manpower to handle all patrons on all the three levels of the restaurant. In the end after some negotiations, the captain gave a satisfactory explanation & compensated with a bottle of wine & 2 bottles of beer. Most impressionable thing from this dining experience is that the captain & a new lady staff were quite patient & professional & still maintained good customer service even though we exceeded the operating hours a bit as we started the dinner quite late & our group is rather big. Hope they were in time to knock of for the new year countdown & happy CNY!

Nice food and ambience. Food is fresh and the soup base is good. Even my colleagues commented that it's better than expected. Would be even better if it's not so hot.

There was a staff shortage. They were unable to cater for 12pax. In the end we have to squeeze into 10pax table. Service was slow n we had to wait for a long time to be served. Food was fresh n good though.

The place is clean and spacious; the staff provides good services: friendly, helpful, and yet patient. Difficult to find such a standard in Singapore. Have recommended for my company's CNY function

2nd visit within a month. Last visit the buffet just implemented and I gave good comment on food and service. This time, very disappointed as the manpower is badly short. Soup spilled on floor and 3 staff walked pass and just ignore. One guest almost fell. Foods' standard remains but expect super long wait. 45 minutes wait and the soup is still not served. Also, the staffs totally lost control on order slips given to them, and end up serving the common items in dimsum trolly style...

Overall, it was a good experience. First time trying this place. Food was good and service is above average. Wouldn't mind coming back for a second time.

Service is great, but can be even better. Food is fresh. Ambience is quite and interior is luxurious. Restaurant needs to be updated with latest promotion.

Was there for a business dinner with 4 others. We had the Barbie pork (slices of pork wrapped around a Barbie doll as her skirt), which was visually unusual. I liked it that the restaurant can be partitioned into various areas to form your own private dining rooms, complete with a personal pot. The food was decent without surprises.

Possibly the only Macau 澳门豆捞 in Singapore. Impeccable service. Awesome friendly staff. Tricky to find the front door but I supposed it won't be a problem for subsequent visits once you figure it out. Not BYOB. SGD 30.00 corkage.

Service was not prompt. Has to call out several times before getting notice and there was always missing order items. Foods are quite limited in variety and the environment is quite warm

The place is comfortable, has a good selection of food, service from them is good too. If you're a fan of HDL, I would recommend you to try this place too!

Ordered the 2 person + 1 person set meal. The set meal was worth the price! The food was good and fresh! Excellent service! Service staff was always around to top up the soup and clear the table.

Service was good and price is in line with the quality of food. But thought soup base got a bit bland after refills as the refills diluted the soup.

The place is pretty big and environment is quite nice. The ingredients are pretty fresh with quite some variety of soup base. However, we felt that the soup base (apart from the signature one) are too plain. Staff are helpful but still, not as warm? Lack of smile

Fresh food, polite staff, generally quiet, and an overall excellent dining experience. Bit pricey and finding a parking spot might be tricky given the crowd in the area on a weekend night. Family friendly restaurant as well.

Nice ambience & good service. Good for gathering. Food selection is good and varieties of soup base. Individual pot which is good for hygiene purposes and can enjoy our prefer soup base from spicy to non-spicy and even for vegetarian.

Second time being back. They no longer offer the buffet packages anymore which was disappointing. Their ala carte dishes were still worth trying! Hopefully they bring back the buffet!

The staff at Fu Lin Men Dou Lao were very helpful and service was good even though we had a group of 19 at dinner. Good quality was good and we will be back.

staff was helpful and we managed to be seated in a private room for 6pax. food was fresh. there was a pay 4 free 1 pax promotion so it was a good deal.

Meat and seafood are fresh! good dining environment and friendly staff. the wagyu beef buffet is worth the money! good for those who love meat!

A nice and comfortable place for steamboat. Items are reasonably priced and very well prea . However, the signature items were not that great so a little disappointing. Would return for the buffet which is good value at $27 and does not include signature items.

The environment is very good, but the choice of food is limited. Also they charge $3 for sauce which was not common in steamboat buffet.

1st, less choice of food. 2nd, no update of menu. Example, set menu cancel but still available in menu and have no inform customer in advance verbally, i ordered and shop accept set menu but serve the food different from the set menu which is not worth. 3rd, Price high.

Went there for Mother's Day celebrations. The atmosphere was nice and the service was tip top. Variety of food was good and the price is reasonable. Pleasant experience overall.

Service was decent, have high hopes on their soups, but I guess need more improvements... Range of veggies were very little, not sufficient for veggie lovers like me. Price definitely reasonable for the comfortable environment. Alot more to improve on food.

This is my third visit to the restaurant. Definitely good. Good service as well. Soup base is delicious and choices are pretty wide as well.

Nice food...I like the golden soup base. Fruits and drinks are so so. Suggest to provide more kinds of fruit in the future. Drinks were not replenished on time during the peak hours
