Place was quiet on a weekday afternoon conducive for a laid back brunch. However the place seemed short staffed and our question about the promotion item went unanswered. Food and drink were satisfactory and tea was fragrant. Service can be much improved.

Overall consistency in not only the service but also the standard for the rice set. Had tried the braised pork rice and needless to say its still value for money.

It was crowded at lunch time, but even though we made a reservation, there were no seats except the single bar seats available for us when we arrived. However the staff moved us to a table when it become available about 10 minutes later. Food arrived pretty soon after that. Portions were reasonablly big, we couldn't finish 2 bowls of rice but we did finish all the side dishes and meat. The set for 2 was a great deal at less than $40 for 2 bowls of rice with meat and 2 sides and drinks.
