疯潮海鲜火锅 Feng Chao Seafood Hot Pot

Visited the restaurant at 3am and the service staff was fast in requests and polite, despite we were there till 5am. Food variety is broad and comprehensive, many was not found elsewhere, such as baby squids, frog legs, etc.

The grilled fish is not really fresh and badly cooked bad experience as staffs were poorly trained and couldn't recognise dishes served so made a lot mistakes as a friend could not eat beef and staff served beef saying it was Pork. Meat balls taste really bad... None of us want to eat them so a lot of balls are left in the pot after the meal. KTV singing is great though. Hahaha...songs selections are good.

Delicious seafood, rich broth, fresh ingredients, cozy atmosphere, and outstanding service!

We ordered the hot pot plus some ingredients and the food was well presented. The live seafood looked dismal though. As the evening went on, it became more difficult to chat whenever someone was singing karaoke 🤣 in the main hall. Will probably be getting a private room if I can meet the minimum spend of $500 next time

Place was a tad too pricey. Comparable to Hai di lao.

Interesting place for gathering to enjoy steamboat and singing at the same time. A female staff's service was rather unpleasant though.

Food normal... Nothing special.... Maybe can have a bigger table instead

quite fun. able to eat steamboat or cooked food, drinks like beer and singing at public area. All in one. just slightly expensive abit.

The place and food are ok but just a bit costly compared to other. But of cos we do enjoy as we had a room by ourselves for 9 pax and managed to enjoy the singing session

Although they are relatively new and their menu system is not very completed yet, but their staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall experience is good.

The zhir char is very delicious… The hot pot soup base can be better… The ingredients are fresh… The ambience is super nice… Karaoke system is very good… Suit for friends gathering…

Ok with the food but overall too pricey… will be my 1st and last visit
