Situated in the heart of historic Boat Quay, Enoteca L’Operetta fuses upscale Italian cuisine with touches of Japanese complexity. Executive Chef Yohhei Sasaki, originally from Japan, uses only the finest Italian ingredients for his cooking. It is his advanced authentic pizza-making skill that has earned the restaurant status as Singapore’s first member of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), an organization which ensures that pizza is made in the true Neapolitan pizza style.

The location of Enoteca L’Operetta in trendy Boat Quay is fitting for such a fine, upscale establishment. The menu is very large and features a huge variety of dishes, like the Linguine ai Ricci di Mare con Bottarga di Muggine (Sea Urchin Linguine with Grey Mullet Bottarga) and the Ippoglosso al Vapore Con Crema Di Sedano Rapa e Zenzero Candito (Steamed Fillet of Halibut with Cream of Celeriac and Candied Ginger). Luckily, English translations are provided on every menu item! Diners can finish up by ordering traditional Italian desserts like Tiramisu or a Cannoli with Ice Cream.
