Featuring traditional street food from across the globe, at Edge Food Theatre in City Hall you can feast on favourites from India, Malaysia, Singapore and more. Situated on the third floor of Singapore’s Pan Pacific, the stylish dining area combines traditional Asian decor with elegant wooden furniture. For a hawker-like experience, guests can peruse the seven open-kitchens, where dishes from around the Pacific are whipped up by the talented chefs in front of diners’ eyes, with set lunch and dinner menus also on offer.
