Due to major upgrading works at SAFRA Yishun, going to and fro Eatzi Gourmet Bistro can take longer than usual.

Delays and noise was expected given it was a special event. But happy as always when visiting the restaurant.

We frequent this place and the staff service is good though food has become more pricey. Nonetheless, it’s always a pleasant dining experience there.

Cozy and good for gathering but I felt that the standard food is not as nice as my last visit

Maybe tonight was exceptionally busy. My first time there. Had to wait about half hour for a table even with the online booking for 7.15pm. Only 2 waitresses and 1 waiter. The waitress politely informed us the waiting time for food would be long due to the crowd. This we can understand. My family ordered steak, grilled chicken and the combo came piping hot on a hot plate. Good job. But my chicken cutlet was only a bit warm (should be hot from the deep fryer) and the curly fries were cold! This was bad.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience there with my family. Coincidently, it was also my eldest daughter 12th birthday. We loved the taste of the food that was being served and my kids and i liked the soup of the day which was broccolli soup. It was very delicious.

Overall was a pleasant visit. Good food. Only setback that waitress got my dessert order wrong 2 times.
