The overall experience was satisfactory with good quality food and excellent service. However, we have an annoying housefly buzzing around our table and when highlighted to the staff immediately she presented us with candles to be placed at our table and effectively drove the fly away.

Staffs at Colony were very friendly n polite. Cosy place for meals.

Certain food ran out very early e.g. Sea eel sushi was out by 1.30pm and Double boiled soup ran out by 2pm.

Food was great! Excellent service from Peter while we are being served by him. Staff are attentive and clears plate quickly. We had planed to celebrate our friend’s birthday. While taking desserts, some of us went to approached and asked Peter to serve the cake that we had prepared for our friend. Just right after we had finished informing Peter to serve the cake we saw a female staff (who has never attended to us throughout our entire meal) approaches our table. While everyone is seated and present. She asked the birthday girl hastily and repeatedly if the cake can be served when the birthday girl is clueless. When my other friend replied to the waitress (loud enough for the waitress to hear) that the cake can be served, she continued asking the birthday girl if the cake can be served. She has totally spoiled the surprise and left us speechless with her question and insensitivity.
